A devastating cloudburst struck the village of Margi in Warwan on 26 August evening, resulting in substantial damage to homes and livestock. Despite the passage of three days, the affected residents remain without assistance, forced to wait under the open sky for some respite. It is disheartening to note that none apart from local administration officials, have visited the site. The people are left wondering where the senior officials and politicians are, who often make grand promises, but seem invisible in times of need.

The villagers are struggling to cope with the aftermath, with many families left without shelter or basic amenities. The lack of response from the authorities has added to their distress, leaving them feeling abandoned and helpless. The situation demands immediate attention and action from the administration to provide relief and support to the affected families.

It is imperative that the authorities take swift and effective measures to address the needs of the villagers, including providing shelter, food, and medical aid. The people of Margi deserve a prompt and meaningful response to this crisis, and it is the responsibility of the administration to ensure that their needs are met...
