The Patnazi–Sarunga road, a vital link connecting around 12 villages and serving a population of nearly 5,000 people, has finally seen the start of work. On this occasion, Choudhary Qasim Din, resident of Ikhwah, a far-flung area, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the political leaders, senior citizens of Proper Patnazi—especially the generous landowners who gave their land free of cost. They also urged the contractor to fast-track the project by deploying heavy machinery so the road is completed at the earliest. Hafiz Israil from Sarunga also congratulated the residents of Ikhwah, Banjar, Bhunwara, Khan Mohalla, Akhoon Mohalla , Chowkidar Mohalla, and Sarunga on this long-awaited development!

I wish to inform the people of Kishtwar that the Congress rally for which I had recently urged the public to participate with full enthusiasm has been temporarily put on hold.

The programme, which was planned for 26 November 2025 and was expected to witness the presence of many senior leaders of the Indian National Congress, cannot be conducted on the scheduled date. This change has become necessary due to the ongoing organisational elections within the party and the arrival of 22 AICC observers who are overseeing these internal processes.

Once these formalities are completed, the party will announce a fresh date for the rally, and the new schedule will be shared with everyone well in advance.

I sincerely appreciate the warm response, support, and encouragement I received from all of you after my video invitation. Your commitment and unity strengthen our collective efforts, and I remain thankful for your continued trust.
