*Subject: Advertisement Notice for Skill Development Course in Sit and Dress Embroidery*

*Advertisement Notice*

Applications are invited, in the prescribed format, from interested unemployed youth of District Kishtwar for enrolment in a three month Skill Development Course in *Sit and Dress Embroidery.* The minimum qualification required is 10th with ITI diploma or 10+2 and above.

The training will be organized by the District Employment & Counselling Centre, Kishtwar and will be offered free of cost. A monthly stipend of Rs. 1,000 will be provided to the selected candidates through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode, subject to eligibility and attendance.

Interested candidates may download the application form from the link given below and completed application must be submitted to the Assistant Director, District Employment & Counselling Centre, Kishtwar (New DC Office Complex, Block No. 1, Floor No. 2, Room No. 13) on or before 2nd January, 2026 by 4:00 PM, along with self attested photocopies of the following documents:

Candidates must possess a graduate degree of at least three years duration with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines- _Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA) issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)_ issued by Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
4. Full-time, paid, post-qualification work experience in areas such as entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or program management in the development or government sector.
