Few months/days ago many companies came forward and started invested at odisha around 80 Cr. Now planning to give 25000 employment opportunites in the come days.

My Question is HOW MANY YEARS IT WILL TAKE TO FULFILL THESE EMPLOYMENT?? from last 25years there is no employment many students in Odisha carrying their Graduates or Post Graduates but there is no opportunities and many govt sectors switched into "Contract Basis"
