ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ସାତଭାୟା ମା’ ପଞ୍ଚୁବରାହୀ ମନ୍ଦିର ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଜୁଆର ଓ ଉପକୂଳ କ୍ଷୟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଆଜି ସମୁଦ୍ର ଗର୍ଭରେ ଲୀନ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିର କେବଳ ଏକ ଧାର୍ମିକ ସ୍ଥଳ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ସାତଭାୟାର ହଜାର ହଜାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଇତିହାସ ଓ ସ୍ମୃତିର ଶେଷ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଥିଲା।

ଅଳ୍ପସଂଖ୍ୟକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ନାମରେ ନୂତନ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକ ସ୍ଥଳୀ ପାଇଁ ସରକାରୀ ପାଣ୍ଠି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ, ଆମ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଐତିହ୍ୟକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମାନ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ, ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ମିଳିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ସମ୍ଭବ ନଥିଲେ, ଏହାର ସ୍ମୃତି ପାଇଁ ଅନ୍ତତଃ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକ, ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତି, ସ୍ମୃତି ଫଳକ କିମ୍ବା ହେରିଟେଜ୍ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇପାରିନଥାନ୍ତା କି?

ମାର୍ଷାଘାଇ ସରପଞ୍ଚଙ୍କ ଗିରଫଦାରୀ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଡାକ୍ତରମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ଏବଂ ଜବାବଦିହିତା ଉପରେ ଅନେକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନବାଚୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି।
ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଡାକ୍ତର ସମ୍ମାନ ଏବଂ ଏକ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟପରିବେଶ ପାଇବାର ହକ୍‌ଦାର, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ସହିତ ରୋଗୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସମୟରେ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ସେବା ପାଇବାକୁ ହକ୍‌ଦାର। ସରକାରୀ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଅଭାବ-ଅସୁବିଧା ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ୟା ବାବଦରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଜନପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଧିକାର ରହିଛି ଏବଂ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ଆକ୍ରୋଶମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନକୁ ଭୟ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ।
ଆମେ ଜବାବଦିହିତା, ଉନ୍ନତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଏବଂ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ପ୍ରକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ସ୍ୱରୋତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିବାର ଅଧିକାରକୁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମର୍ଥନ କରୁ।

We urge the Kendrapara District Administration and concerned authorities to take immediate action as several areas continue to face severe flooding.

Key priorities:

* 🚨 Immediate relief, food, drinking water, medicines & sanitation.
* 🚤 Regular flood patrolling and public awareness in vulnerable areas.
* 👶 Strictly prevent children from bathing, swimming or playing in floodwater.
* 🏫 Close affected schools and institutions until water levels become safe.
* 🛖 Arrange temporary shelters and safe evacuation centres.
* ⚡ Restore electricity safely and address damaged infrastructure.
* 🌾 Provide compensation and emergency support to farmers whose crops have been destroyed.
* 🏥 Deploy mobile medical teams and emergency healthcare services.
* 📞 Establish rapid-response teams for stranded or missing people.
* 🐍 Ensure preparedness for snakebites and other flood-related emergencies.
* 🐄 Provide shelter, fodder and veterinary support for livestock.

We have already witnessed tragic drowning incidents. Every life matters. Authorities, local representatives and communities must work together to prevent further loss of life.

Week 3:
Digital Strike for Equal Access to Temples 🔴

**Did You Know?**

There are concerns that Hindus are not being allowed to worship inside the Hindu temple at Keradagada.

At the same time, commercial activities such as halal chicken shops reportedly operate within close proximity to the temple and people from different communities have settled around the temple area.

Our question is simple:

**Why should a Hindu be prevented from offering prayers inside a Hindu temple?**

Who is responsible for this situation? Which individuals or authorities are opposing the restoration of this right?

As part of our **Digital Strike**, we will raise this issue every week through social media until it is resolved.

If no meaningful action is taken, we intend to hold a peaceful public protest on 5 July 2027, during Rath Yatra, in front of the Keradagada Jagannath Temple and its chariots, to seek justice and equal access for Hindu devotees.

We call upon the concerned authorities to address this matter through lawful and peaceful means.

With full respect for the law and public order, our protest will remain a peaceful Digital Strike on social media. No physical protest will take place at the temple.
