This is for the information of the consumers of R K Nagar Electrical Sub-Division-APDCL that an opportunity is provided to the consumers with pending arrears on the electricity bill to clear their dues by availing the Surcharge Waiver Scheme. Through this scheme, the entire amount of surcharge will be waived on full payment of the electricity bill. This scheme is available only till 30th September, 2023. Kindly visit the Sub-division office to avail the scheme.

Regarding the Load Shedding Issue going on for the past few days-

The demand in Assam is presently around 2500 MW and there is a shortage of around 200-250 MW of power daily. Due to unavailability of power in the Energy Exchanges, APDCL has not been able to buy sufficient quantum of power to cater to the requisite load of the entire state.
So, all our esteemed consumers of RK Nagar ESD are hereby informed that until the power crisis issue is resolved, load shedding will be uniformly imposed across all the 4 feeders of RK Nagar ESD viz. Anipur Feeder, Town Feeder, Rajarampur Feeder and Bhairabnagar Feeder for the next few days. The duration of the shedding will change depending on the real time grid condition and the quantum of load to be shed.
During this difficult time, everyone is requested to understand the gravity of the situation and cooperate with our staff. The inconvenience caused to our consumers is sincerely regretted.

গত কয়েকদিন ধরে চলমান Loadshedding ইস্যু প্রসঙ্গে-

আসামের চাহিদা বর্তমানে প্রায় 2500 মেগাওয়াট এবং প্রতিদিন প্রায় 200-250 মেগাওয়াট বিদ্যুতের ঘাটতি রয়েছে। এনার্জি এক্সচেঞ্জ গুলিতে বিদ্যুতের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে, APDCL সমগ্র রাজ্যের প্রয়োজনীয় লোড মেটাতে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে বিদ্যুৎ কিনতে সক্ষম হয়নি।
তাই, RK Nagar ESD-র আমাদের সকল সম্মানিত গ্রাহকদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, যতক্ষণ না বিদ্যুৎ সংকটের সমস্যা সমাধান না হয়, ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আগামী কয়েকদিন RK Nagar ESD-র সমস্ত 4টি ফিডারে i.e. আনিপুর ফিডার, টাউন ফিডার, রাজারামপুর ফিডার ও ভৈরবনগর ফিডারে লোডশেডিং সমানভাবে আরোপ করা হবে। রিয়েল টাইম গ্রিডের অবস্থা এবং লোডের পরিমাণের উপর নির্ভর করে শেডিংয়ের সময়কাল পরিবর্তিত হতে থাকবে।
এই কঠিন সময়ে, সবাইকে পরিস্থিতি বুঝতে এবং আমাদের কর্মীদের সহযোগিতা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। আমাদের গ্রাহকদের অসুবিধার জন্য আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত।
