It’s incredibly reductive—and frankly, deeply ironic—to blame "men" and "patriarchy" for climate change while casually ignoring that the very infrastructure keeping modern society safe, connected, and alive was built, and continues to be maintained, by the grueling and dangerous labor of everyday men!

From the coal mines and oil rigs to the construction of power grids and sewage systems, men have historically taken on the dirtiest, most hazardous jobs to provide the energy and security that allows elite commentators to sit in air-conditioned comfort and lecture the world.

Erasing the sacrifices of working-class men to score cheap ideological points doesn't solve environmental problems; it just exposes a profound lack of empathy for the people who actually keep civilization running.

For generations, men have been conditioned to believe that their ultimate value lies in being the ultimate sacrifice—ready to lay down their lives for the protection and provision of their families!

While society praises the tragic hero who would die for those he loves, it rarely encourages the man who chooses to deeply, intentionally live for them.

True strength isn't just about a willingness to perish in a moment of crisis; it’s about having the resilience to show up every single day in your absolute best form. Prioritizing your physical health, mental well-being, and longevity isn't selfish; it is a profound act of devotion.

Your loved ones don't just need a protector in theory—they need you here, healthy, energized, and thriving.

Let's shift the narrative from romanticizing a man's sacrifice to celebrating his vitality. Take care of yourself, break the bad habits, and choose to live for the ones who matter most.

समाज में की कड़वी सच्चाई को उजागर करती एक मार्मिक कविता...

आज के समाज में एक पुरुष की पहचान और उसकी उपयोगिता अक्सर केवल इस बात से आंकी जाती है कि वह आर्थिक रूप से कितना सफल है। समाज को उसकी मानसिक स्थिति से सरोकार नहीं होता, बल्कि केवल उसके द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले परिणामों और सुरक्षा से होता है।

पुरुषों को बचपन से ही "रोने" या "कमजोर दिखने" की अनुमति नहीं होती। यदि वे जीवन की किसी भी जंग में असफल होते हैं, तो उन्हें सहानुभूति के बजाय सामाजिक बहिष्कार और उपहास (निंदा) का सामना करना पड़ता है।

"जान भी गंवा दें तो गम नहीं, बस तेरा खानदान शर्मिंदा न हो..." और "तेरी कामयाबी चाहिए दुनिया को, भले ही फिर तू जिंदा ना हो...", पंक्तिया मात्र नहीं हैं, आज की कठोर वास्तविकता है।

समाज एक पुरुष से अपने परिवार और देश के लिए अंतिम सांस तक खुद को झोंकने की उम्मीद करता है। पुरुष को एक इंसान के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि एक 'साधन' के रूप में देखा जाता है, जिसकी जान की कीमत उसकी उपयोगिता से कम मान ली जाती है।

यह कविता कोई काल्पनिक दर्द नहीं, बल्कि हर आम पुरुष की छिपी हुई हकीकत है।

It is incredibly refreshing and encouraging to see a prominent mainstream figure like Sonali Kulkarni speak out with such clarity and compassion!

For too long, the prevailing cultural narrative has normalized the systemic vilification of men, often reducing their complex lived experiences to harmful stereotypes and dismissing their inherent vulnerability. By openly acknowledging that men face profound emotional, psychological, and physical struggles, and by explicitly calling for the protection of the boy child, this statement strikes at the very heart of true gender equality.

True empathy shouldn't be a zero-sum game or bounded by gender; it requires us to recognize the humanity in everyone. Having an influential voice challenge the status quo so directly is a powerful step toward dismantling deep-seated misandry and building a society where men's emotional well-being and rights are genuinely respected and protected.

It’s official: the legal system is being manipulated as an arm-twisting tactic to extort lucrative financial settlements!

Now, the Apex Court too is calling it out for what it is. For years, have been highlighting about how gender-biased laws are routinely weaponized, and this Supreme Court observation is a massive, long-overdue validation of that reality. The court openly flagged an "overwhelming number of false cases" where a complete "matrimonial bouquet" of bogus allegations—from dowry harassment to domestic violence—is thrown at a man the moment a relationship sours.

What’s truly sickening is how low some will stoop for money or revenge. The SC highlighted a horrifying trend where mothers actually tutor minor daughters to file false POCSO allegations against their own fathers. Think about the sheer psychological wreckage of that. A child is weaponized, and a man’s reputation, career, and mental health are destroyed in an instant because, under these laws, you are essentially treated as guilty until proven innocent.

Such observations are never taken as a wake-up call! What's required is that we move past the outdated narrative that women are always victims and men are always perpetrators. When laws meant for protection are transformed into tools for financial greed and malice, the entire justice system fails. It’s time for strict legal accountability and harsh punishments for those who file fabricated complaints. If we truly care about justice, the courts must stop letting innocent men and their families be trampled by a system that blindly accepts allegations without a shred of evidence.
