GOVT SCHOOLS TO MAKE ASTRONOMY & SCIENCE CLUBS WITH HELP OF IIT KANPUR- Nothing more exciting than seeing the young minds diving deep into the wonders of science and exploring the fascinating field of astronomy. Today, with the CSR support of SBI, we launched Astronomy & Science Clubs (RSK with Dept of SPASE, IITK) in government schools. Really hoping this will ignite young minds with a passion for science and space exploration. The kit being donated has more than 100 experiments. The first kit was donated today to Dr Kiran Prajapati, District Coordinator (District Science Club), Kanpur Nagar. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. Deepak Kumar Dey, CGM, SBI .
He took a round of the facility at RSK and interacted with the trainees and designers working with the artisans. The education initiative of RSK is driven by students of IIT Kanpur and is supported by UPMSP and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan.

New Beginnings at IIT Kanpur RSK!
The latest batch of sewing machine operators begins on a path to a brighter future, bringing in a new era of empowerment at IIT Kanpur RSK!
A power-packed 3-day orientation programme hosted by Ranjit Singh Rozi Siksha Kendra, these incredible trainees stepped out of their comfort zones to embrace the journey of empowerment.
We began with team introductions before diving into RSK's purpose. The most exciting part…? Activities that broke down barriers and made everyone laugh!
But it didn't stop there! Through participatory games and inspirational talks given by our outstanding alumni from previous SMO batches , we addressed their challenges. Hearing success stories from others who have taken the same journey was nothing short of motivating to them.
The group introductions sparked a sense of teamwork like no other! Together, we explored the placement goals and gave these trainees an understanding of the working world.
Here's to these unstoppable spirits, breaking barriers, stitching dreams, and standing tall!
