MSF prepares the students to carry on the mission of making a vibrant community participate in nation-building activities. It gives paramount importance to education as the way of liberation and also as a solution to social deprivat

ions and evils. MSF emphasizes the need for communal amity and secular solidarity to save guard the rich composite culture of our great nation and also thrives to attain competency and excellence in all the spheres of national life. The history of MSF in PU begins in the 2015-16 academic year by forming its first unit committee. From there onwards, MSF stood for the students to protect their rights and to cater to their needs by channelizing it in front of the administration. MSF PU has carried out versatile programs and initiatives and plays a significant role in addressing student issues with student representatives from different schools and departments. MSF PU has always come up with various programs and initiatives, such as free NET Coaching and other programs that benefit students. MSF has always been there, to raise the voice by leading several protests and political movements addressing the issue of students of PU and against fascist and undemocratic matters in and around the nation. MSF PU has always stood for the welfare of the student community and continues to stand for the same.

Remembering Nakba Day

​Every year on May 15, we remember the Nakba, which means “catastrophe” in Arabic. This day marks the time in 1948 when more than 700,000 Palestinians were forced to leave their homes and land. Hundreds of villages were destroyed, and many people lost everything they owned. For Palestinians, this is not just a story from the past; it is a painful memory of how their lives and society were broken to create a new state, Israel.

​This tragedy happened because of Zionism, a political movement that aimed to establish a state specifically for one group on land where Palestinians had lived for generations. Zionism should be considered as the single most dangerous ideology ever, which did unmatched cruelty against the Palestinian people, where they specifically targeted children and women.

​Even though many years have passed, the Israeli occupation continues to make life very hard for Palestinians. They still face walls, checkpoints, and the loss of more land every day. Many families still keep the keys to their old houses, hoping for the “Right of Return.” On Nakba Day, we stand in solidarity with them and call for an end to the occupation. Nakba Day reminds us that the struggle for Palestinian rights is a fight for justice against displacement and occupation. And it’s a historical proof that there is no Israel, but it’s just occupied Palestine.
