Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar, along with the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jhajjar, conducted a visit to various areas of Jhajjar town to review civic amenities and inspect ongoing municipal works.

During the visit, emphasis was laid on cleanliness, sanitation, public infrastructure, and the timely ex*****on of development works. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned officials to ensure effective implementation of municipal services and prompt resolution of public issues.

Municipal Council, Jhajjar remains committed to providing better civic facilities and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed city for all citizens.

Jhajjar’s 'Naari Lead Swachhata' Campaign: Women Driving Cleanliness

The Municipal Council, Jhajjar, successfully held the "Women Lead Cleanliness" (Naari Lead Swachhata) campaign, putting women at the forefront of civic action.

Highlights:
Health Camp: The campaign started with a health camp focused on community well-being.
Capacity Building: Organised a crucial training programme for women sanitation workers and SHG members to enhance skills and provide tools.
Strategy Meeting: Held a meeting with all sanitation workers to solidify the 'Naari Lead Swachhata' strategy.
Women-Led Drive: Culminated in a major cleanliness drive led by women workers and community members across markets, public, and residential areas.
