Dogra Yuva Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha Condemns the Killing of Kashmiri Pandit namely Rahul Bhat by terrorist in Chadoora, Budgam. And appeals to the administration to arrest the terrorist behind this killing as soon as possible and ensure that proper police protection should be given to the hindus working in the valley so administration must ensure that such act should not be repeated again. DYBPS further demands that the proper Financial Assistance should be given to the family members of the deceased.
