It is a Public Library, situated at Bhatiya Building, Naren Villa, Temple Street Near Zilla Parishad Dak-Bunglow. It is one of the oldest Public Library of the town, established on the 1st January, 1950. There are over 11400 books are preserved well for the book-lover.
