R.P. Group of Schools, Badnapur, hosted a farewell ceremony for the Class X batch of 2023-24 on February 17, 2024. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by today's Chief Guest, Dr. Raju Wanare Sir (Academic Head – NEET, RCC Classes), Mr. Ravindra Deshmukh (Founder- UNNATI Career Counselling Centre, Chh. Sambhajinagar), Mr. Bharat Bhandarge Sir (Founder President, R.P. Group of Schools), Mrs. Vandana Bhandarge (President – Shri Vidnyaneshwar Shikshan Sanstha), and all respected principals of R.P. Group of Schools.
The event proceeded with a highly motivational and good luck speech by Dr. Raju Wanare Sir. He delivered the message: "Dream big – Study hard – Achieve big," elaborating on his career tenure. Dr. Raju Wanare Sir highlighted the infinite potential of students from rural areas, instilling confidence in them. He also provided perspective on choosing a good career, emphasizing its impact on society. His words motivated both students and parents present.
Mr. Ravindra Deshmukh addressed students on career opportunities and various competitive exams, emphasizing prerequisites for choosing the correct coaching.
Our Honorable Founder President, Mr. Bharat Bhandarge Sir, who has always generously imparted wisdom to pupils, expressed his desire to see all students succeed. He guided senior students on taking responsibilities and setting remarkable examples for their juniors. He advised them on meeting family and societal expectations while pursuing their aspirations, wishing them happiness and success in all future endeavors.
Later, respected principals motivated students for forthcoming board examinations, providing tips on time management and expressing hope for their success.
The farewell function continued with dance performances by Class 10 students, who expressed gratitude towards teachers through speeches and songs. They were presented with tokens of appreciation, followed by refreshments. The ceremony ended with a touching moment as teachers gave tokens of love, capturing memories with photo sessions.
