“ PROPER AND CORRECT LENGTH OF A TIE “

The most common mistake that most gentlemen make while wearing a tie is with its length. The right length flatters you but the wrong one can make you look limp and sloppy.

Ideally, the tip of your tie should end in the middle of your belt/waistband (if you are wearing one) while standing in your natural posture.

Don it with confidence!

"IF YOU ARE SERVED GRAPES AT LUNCH..."

Grapes must be served along with a pair of grape scissors called shears.

Do not pick individual grapes with your fingers. Instead, use grape scissors to remove your own small bunch. Then eat one grape at a time after placing the bunch on your serving plate.

Tip :: Only cut the thin stems as the grape scissors are not made for cutting the heavier stems.

" GUESTS AND HOSTS "

Letting someone know you appreciate their hospitality always goes far in being welcomed back again and again.

You may send in advance a bouquet of flowers or a gift-wrapped box of chocolates to your hosts to tell them how much you are looking forward to your visit. Or may even send them a fun memoir a day after to tell them how much you enjoyed in their company.
