NAVJOT SINGH SIDHU CASE:--When Gurnam Singh, 65, reached the spot in a car, he asked them to move aside. In a fit of rage, Sidhu beat up Gurnam and removed his car keys before fleeing so that he couldn’t get medical help. Friends took Gurnam to the local Rajindra Hospital in a rickshaw. Gurnam was declared brought dead. Sidhu and Sandhu were booked.
ਜਦੋਂ 65 ਸਾਲਾ ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ, ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਬੀਆਂ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ। ਦੋਸਤ ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਕਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਰਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲੈ ਗਏ। ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਧੂ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਅਦਾਲਤ 'ਚ ਬੰਦੇ ਬਿਰਖ ਹੋ ਗਏ
ਫੈਸਲੇ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਕ ਗਏ ।
ਆਖੋ ਏਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਜੜੇ ਘਰੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਹੁਣ
ਇਹ ਕਦੋਂ ਤੀਕ ਇਥੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ।
The people in this court were overwhelmed when they heard the verdict. Tell them to go to the abandoned house, how long will they stay here?
