Date:2017-11-29 Time: 1:24pm
Location: infront of -Central Road Research Institute ( ), New Delhi. The CRRI deals with road safet.
At least department (Delhi Traffic Police) should provide helmet to them.
Can team Indian Road Safety Campaign, from IIT-Delhi provide them a technological solution?
Do Ministry of Road Transport and Highways ( ) has concern about this issue!
