Dear Kannurites, please read carefully the information given below.

1. All schools (including CBSE) falling under Thalassery Education District will remain closed for now and will re-open on Tuesday, the 12th of June.

2. All colleges situated in Thalassery and Iritty Taluks (except Anjarakandy Medical College) will remain closed for now and will re-open on the 12th of June.

Colleges in Kannur, Taliparamba, Payyanur Taluks will re-open from the 5th of June as decided earlier.

Schools in Kannur, Taliparamba Education districts will continue functioning as usual.

Please note that Kannur has NO NIPAH VIRUS CASE till date. There is no need for any panic. This is ONLY A PRECAUTIONARY step.
