How WISH empowers Rural India females?

Making them literate, healthy & respectful are the key factors empowering women.

WISH stands for ‘Women’s Interpersonal Skills & Hygiene’.

has been organizing seminars with eligible gynecologists on educating females about maintaining their personal hygiene, why they should use sanitary pads, periods are not anymore a taboo & you can talk about it, get treated for any health issue related to it without feeling shy. The effort is to make them healthy & pain-free.

WISH has also been organizing sessions developing their in various ways like paper bag making, bangle making & beautician courses. This is not only for them to earn money but also for them to earn a respectable position in .

Rural women is the backbone of Indian society. Let’s strengthen them.

Why Skill training is required for females?

is a country with male dominance, especially in Rural India. People in these families live, eat, talk & play what the male of their family asks for. It is heart-wrenching to accept but females follow males as they are beaten, ill-treated & threatened all the time.

This ill-treatment is accepted by females out of fear being left out & ‘what will I do if they throw me out of my home’. Here comes the major requirement of the skill development of a female.

With this skill development we are not only making any female earn her livelihood but we empower her to stand for herself, be fearless in taking any bold step to save herself & her children, making her self-sufficient to think that she should be educated & her education means not only her chance of getting better employment but also knowing her fundamental rights & the laws that support her to live freely.

Why Empower Rural Women?

Women of any nation play a catalytic role towards achievement of transformational economic, environmental and social changes required for sustainable development. In any country agricultural workforce is largely occupied by females.

Empowering means educating them, keeping them healthy & giving them feel of being accepted by the society.
Educating any female will lead to an educated & hence an educated society & then country. Making them will help keeping their families healthy & result in even better output in with their enhanced . Satisfying their acceptance needs will boost their morale to work more, keep their families , united & positive all the
time.

So female will take any country to next level, specially where agriculture plays vital role in economic and is developing nation where education becomes critical element for it’s .
