A press meet was held today at the Party State Head Office, Naoremthong Uripok, where the National People’s Party (NPP) reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring political stability in Manipur. The Party has consistently urged the Government to bring an amicable and long-term solution to achieve lasting peace and stability in the state.

During the meet, it was also clarified that in the recent press interaction by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya and National President of NPP, Shri Conrad K. Sangma, during his visit to Manipur, no statement was made that could cause political instability or unrest in the state.
