On 30th March 2026, a Workshop on the ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ข ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ (๐๐-๐๐๐๐ ๐.๐) ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง was successfully conducted at ๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐๐ข, ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐๐ฅ. The programme was organized by the ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ, with the objective of promoting apprenticeship opportunities and strengthening skill development across the region. The event brought together students, officials, and industry representatives, creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
Distinguished guests present at the workshop included Smt. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฒ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐, ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ญ ๐๐ช๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ, who delivered the welcome and keynote address. This was followed by insightful speeches from Shri ๐. ๐๐ง๐ค๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก, HR, and Shri ๐๐ก. ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐, BDM of ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ฉ ๐๐ข๐ด๐ต ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐๐ฏ๐ต. ๐๐ท๐ต. ๐๐ต๐ฅ., along with Shri ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐ข, ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐ค๐ช๐ฑ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฐ๐ท๐ต. ๐๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฏ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐ต๐ฆ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ญ. Their contributions highlighted the importance of apprenticeships and industry collaboration in enhancing employability.
The workshop featured a series of informative sessions, including presentations on the introduction to apprenticeship and its landscape, an overview of PM-NAPS 2.0, and detailed guidance on the registration process for both establishments and candidates. Interactive question-and-answer sessions were also conducted, allowing participants to clarify their doubts and gain practical insights. The programme concluded with a summary note by Shri Sh. Bedajit Sharma and a vote of thanks by Shri Ngangbam Iboyaima Meetei Ng Iboyaima
With the participation of over ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, the workshop effectively highlighted the key benefits of PM-NAPS 2.0 and emphasized the significance of strong industry-academia collaboration. Participants left the session with a clear understanding of apprenticeship opportunities and were motivated to bridge the gap between education and industry through skill-based learning, thereby enhancing their future career prospects.
