We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee multi-city operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across security, nursing, housekeeping, and NSG Commando services.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for leading facility operations, security management, and client services across Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in team leadership, compliance, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities🏢 Facility Operations & Maintenance
✔ Oversee multi-site facility operations across Visakhapatnam & Hyderabad, ensuring smooth workflow for security, nursing, and housekeeping services.
✔ Manage deployment of security guards, NSG commandos, nurses, and housekeeping teams as per client requirements.
✔ Monitor and optimize building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and surveillance.
✔ Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure service continuity.
🛡 Security, NSG Commando & Compliance Management
✔ Supervise security teams and NSG commandos at high-risk and corporate environments.
✔ Implement advanced security protocols, risk management strategies, and emergency response plans.
✔ Ensure strict compliance with industry safety regulations and government policies.
✔ Conduct risk assessments and security audits to enhance operational efficiency.
🏥 Nursing & Healthcare Facility Support
✔ Oversee deployment of nursing staff in hospitals, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare centers.
✔ Ensure compliance with medical facility standards and regulations.
✔ Train nursing and healthcare teams to uphold patient care standards.
🧹 Housekeeping & Sanitization Management
✔ Manage housekeeping teams across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.
✔ Implement sanitization protocols and high-cleanliness standards in hospitals, hospitality, and corporate environments.
✔ Monitor and assess cleaning staff performance and adherence to hygiene standards.
🤝 Client Coordination & Service Excellence
✔ Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction with security, nursing, and housekeeping services.
✔ Strengthen client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and contract renewals.
✔ Regularly review service contracts for quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
📦 Vendor & Contractor Management
✔ Negotiate contracts and manage third-party service providers for security, maintenance, nursing, and housekeeping.
✔ Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
💰 Financial & Budget Management
✔ Develop and manage budgets for facility, security, and healthcare operations.
✔ Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service standards.
✔ Handle billing, invoicing, and contract renewals efficiently.
🌍 Sustainability & Energy Management
✔ Implement eco-friendly facility solutions to optimize energy consumption.
✔ Develop waste management and energy conservation programs at client sites.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
📌 5+ years of experience in facility/security management, nursing, or housekeeping operations.
📌 Proven leadership and team management skills, with expertise in multi-site operations.
📌 Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response planning, and risk assessment.
📌 Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and service optimization.
📌 Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality operational services.
📌 Tech-savvy with proficiency in facility management software, MS Office, and ERP tools.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience in corporate security, nursing, or housekeeping management.
