communities affected by the floods in Nepal.
We’re proud to be sending our biggest relief shipment to Nepal, made possible by people and
organisations coming together to help when it matters most.
Because when we work together, help can reach further.

Every truck you see carries relief materials that are on their way to Nepal.
Together, we’re sending nearly 50 tonnes of essential supplies to families affected by the floods
- including 7,000+ blankets, 7,000 tarpaulins, diapers for children, child-friendly gifts, N95
masks, generators and more.
This relief effort has also been powered by people coming together. 200+ Amazon employees
volunteered their time to pack around 800 child-friendly kits for children going through these
difficult times.
It’s a team effort, and every helping hand makes a difference.

Today, our 3rd and biggest shipment leaves for Nepal.
This journey is possible because of a collaboration between three organisations: DonateKart,
Amazon and the Red Cross.
The shipment includes 10 generators of 5.5 kW each, sent for one clear reason. The floods in
Nepal have cut off electricity, and based on the need assessment received from Nepal Red
Cross Headquarters, power is among the most urgent requirements on the ground.

Amazon has sent relief worth ₹1.5 crore to Nepal.
These supplies are being sent by Amazon with help of Anuj Kaura, Director at Amazon.
What makes this shipment special:
52 tonnes of essential goods, sourced from Punjab and Chandigarh, benefiting local traders
About 800 packets for children, lovingly prepared by Amazon employees
Relief that supports families in Nepal and businesses back home

Our biggest shipment to Nepal is on its way.
7 trucks. 50 tonnes of relief. Moved with Amazon's logistics support.
The supplies, received from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent
Societies (IFRC), include 10 generators that will power community base camps, where families
need them most.
