Venturing into nature in solitude is one of the most ancient forms of spiritual practice, and this place is one of the most ancient as well. An upper valley was developed as a retreat zone where solitude and silence can be easily maintained while retreatants practice in rock shelters and natural caves. Groups can also be accommodated with prior arrangement. Simple vegetarian food, water and logistic support are provided to retreatants on a donation basis only.
