A two-day Natural Farming training program was organized today by the Horticulture Department, Government of Gujarat, at Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol.

The session was attended by Dinesh Padaliya Ji and Tuvar Ji, along with the Joint Horticultural Director, Deputy Horticultural Director, Assistant Horticultural Director, and other officials. The event was excellently organized by Gurjar Rashmikant and his team.

During the farm visit, Gopal Vadodariya guided participants through various demonstration plots, providing valuable insights. Special thanks to the Director of Horticulture for this initiative.

Today, Dr. Rajubhai Thakkar, known as the “Walkman of India,” visited Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol. He toured the unique 12-acre summer season farm model developed by Dr. Gopal Vadodariya and his team, and expressed great happiness and appreciation for the initiative.

He highlighted that natural farming is the only effective way to tackle changing climate conditions. Even in extreme summer temperatures of 43–44°C, the natural farming models are performing exceptionally well.

Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol, has signed MoUs with around 34 different institutions to promote natural farming. These include agricultural universities from Bikaner, Jodhpur, and Rahuri, as well as organizations like Shrimad Rajchandra Foundation, BAIF, INO, Bhaskar Saveji Training Center (Dehri), S.P. University, and others.

A virtual discussion was held with all participating institutions, where it was resolved that in the coming time, each organization will adopt villages within their respective areas of work, while the university will undertake research activities to support natural farming initiatives.
The coordination was effectively carried out by Dr. Rashmikant Gurjar and Dr. Raghunandan.

Today at Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol, a review was conducted to evaluate the implementation of the natural farming promotion activities carried out by farmers, whose farms from each district had been awarded by the state government and designated as training centers by GNFSU, Halol.

All the farmers were taken to visit the university’s model farm, where they were highly impressed by the unique and exemplary natural farming practices.

A one-day workshop for scientists from State Agricultural Universities was held today at Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol. It was organized by Gurjar Rashmikant Gopal Vadodariya and their team.

All participating scientists visited the unique natural farming model farm, observed various crops, and were highly impressed by the practices.

Across Gujarat, research activities in the field of natural farming have been initiated in all universities. Dr. Panchal, DrJaimin Rameshchandra Pandya, Dr. Tushar Patel, Dr. Parmar, and fellow scientists shared valuable feedback and constructive suggestions.

A Happiness Workshop was organized at Acharyashree College of Natural Farming, Halol Kanjari by Prabhu Nayaka. The session was conducted by Ushmaben and Dharmendra Singh from the Art of Living Foundation, in collaboration with Shri Parmanandbhai Soni.

During the workshop, students were guided on how to enhance positivity, improve their mindset, and bring brightness into their lives through simple yet effective practices.
