AI-Enabled Capacity Building for a Future-Ready Government
AASC conducted a Half-Day Hands-on Workshop on Preparation of AI-enabled Capacity Building Plans (AI-CBPs) on 29 August 2026 at AASC.
The workshop brought together 116 participants, including MDO Leaders/Nodal and technical support personnel from 51 Departments of the Government of Assam.
The workshop provided practical orientation on using the Capacity Building Commission’s AI-enabled CBP Tool, generating department-specific Capacity Building Plans from Work Allocation Orders, and reviewing, refining and validating AI-generated plans. The session was facilitated by Smt. Sabina Laskar, Assam Nodal Officer, CBC, and lead by Mission Karmayogi Cell of AASC with Shri Bistirna Barua, ACS, JD, AASC & Nodal Officer, Mission Karmayogi Assam and all members of Mission Karmayogi Cell, AASC
The initiative marks an important step in scaling Mission Karmayogi 2.0 across Assam and building a role-based, competency-driven and data-informed capacity-building ecosystem across the Government of Assam through the building of Capacity Building Plans. 8 Departments of Assam have already made their CBPs and got them live in iGoT
