🗳️ “No Eligible Voter Should Be Left Out”

Special Focus on Time-Bound Disposal of SIR Notices & Hearing Cases in Gurugram

Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign in Haryana, special emphasis is being given to the timely disposal of notices and hearing cases related to electoral rolls.

✔️ 636 pending cases were heard during a special camp held in Gurugram on Wednesday.
✔️ Special camps & door-to-door surveys will be conducted again on October 9.
✔️ Voters who have received notices are urged to attend hearings and submit the required documents within the stipulated time.

📊 SIR Status in Gurugram:
* 4,75,477 notices generated
* 7,992 cases pending for hearing
* Only 1.68% of the total cases remain pending

District Election Officer & Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh is regularly reviewing the pending cases and has directed concerned officials to expedite hearings, ensure effective monitoring and take necessary action as per the prescribed procedure.

October 9: Special Camps & Door-to-Door Surveys

✔️ The special campaign will focus on collecting the required documents from voters who have received notices but are yet to submit the necessary documents.

✔️ Voters are requested to submit the required documents to their concerned officials or Booth Level Officers (BLOs) within the stipulated period.

Every eligible voter matters. The objective is to ensure that no eligible voter is left out and that all eligible voters are included in the final electoral roll scheduled to be published on November 6, 2026.

ADC Shri Sonu Bhatt Hears 11 Public Grievances at Samadhan Shivir

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Shri Sonu Bhatt heard 11 public grievances during the Samadhan Shivir held today at the District Headquarters and directed officials to ensure their time-bound resolution.

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh, Samadhan Shivirs are organised every Monday and Thursday to facilitate direct communication between citizens and the administration and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances.

The District Administration remains committed to transparent, responsive and citizen-centric governance, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of government welfare schemes.
