Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to Become a Mass Movement Across Haryana
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini directed district administrations to transform the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan into a mass movement through extensive public participation and service-oriented initiatives.
📅 Campaign Period: September 17 to October 17, 2026
Deputy Commissioner Gurugram Shri Uttam Singh reviewed preparations with district officers and directed all departments to work in close coordination to ensure effective implementation of the month-long campaign.
✔️ 14 Modules focusing on service, awareness, development and public participation
✔️ Painting & Speech Competitions on themes including Ashirwad Ka Diya, Sapno Ka Bharat and Viksit Bharat 2047
✔️ Namo Seva Gatha, Aangan Ka Utsav, Kahani Badlav Ki and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra
✔️ Seva Jyoti Yatra, Jan Evam Seva Sankalp Yatra, Seva Mera Yogdan and Seva Setu Abhiyan
✔️ Rangoli Rashtra, Bharat Mandala and National Innovation Challenge
✔️ Jansevak Mahakumbh – Panchayat Se Parliament, to be organised on October 17 in Gurugram and four other cities across the country
The campaign will encourage active participation of students, women, youth, self-help groups and citizens, while focusing on effective delivery of government schemes and services to eligible beneficiaries.
All activities will be properly documented through photographs and videos to showcase the spirit of public service across Gurugram district.
