Reimagining classrooms with Human–AI collaboration

At the ET Annual Education Summit 2026, Ms. Nuriya Ansari, CEO, Bharti Airtel Foundation, explored how AI can enhance—not replace—teaching and learning.

Her message was clear: “The future isn’t humans vs AI—it’s humans empowered by AI.” From personalised learning to supporting teachers as a co‑pilot, AI is transforming classrooms—but its true power lies in empowering educators, expanding access, and strengthening human connection. Because in the end, it’s not technology alone, but trust, empathy, and mentorship that make learning meaningful.

India Wins Bronze! Jharkhand’s Young Hockey Stars Shine on the International Stage 🇮🇳🏑

A proud moment for the nation as the Indian Women’s U-18 Hockey Team clinched the Bronze Medal at the Asia Cup 2026 in Kakamigahara, Japan, with a commanding 3–0 victory over South Korea. 🥉

Making this achievement even more special, three students from our partner government school—Khili Kumari, Sugan Sanga, and Nilam Toppo—were part of the national squad representing India.

Identified as promising talent in Class VI through a district-level selection process, the three have progressed through years of structured training and competitive exposure to earn their place on the national team. Khili played as Goalkeeper, while Sugan and Nilam strengthened the defence.

Bharti Airtel Foundation is proud to support the school’s sports ecosystem through resources, mentoring, and sustained training—helping nurture young talent to perform on global platforms.

This remarkable achievement is a celebration of dedication, opportunity, and the incredible potential of grassroots talent rising to international success. 🌟

Last week, we were pleased to participate in the National Dialogue on Engaging the Public and Private Sectors for POSHAN 2.0 and Saksham Anganwadi, convened by UNICEFIndia in collaboration with the Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India. The convening brought together senior leadership from government, development partners, and industry to deliberate on strengthening strategic CSR alignment with national nutrition priorities, particularly in Aspirational Districts and Blocks.

Our Head of Communications and Partnerships, Meeta Parti, joined the panel on “Nutrition Integration in CSR,” where she spoke about the strong interlinkages between education and nutrition outcomes, particularly for children in underserved geographies, and the importance of integrated, community-focused approaches in driving sustainable impact.

We are proud to be part of this important dialogue driving collaborative action towards improved nutrition outcomes across the country, and to contribute to broader efforts focused on creating meaningful ecosystems for Aspirational Districts and Blocks.

This summer vacation, the most meaningful lessons may happen at home. 🌍📱

Introducing Digital Saksharta Bharti Abhiyan — an initiative by Bharti Airtel Foundation that empowers students to become digital champions for their families and communities.

Building on over two decades of driving literacy and community empowerment, the initiative now takes a step forward to strengthen digital and cyber literacy in the community through student-led learning — in multiple languages, for every generation.

From helping grandparents make digital payments safely to guiding parents on cyber awareness, students will lead the way toward a more informed, connected, and digitally inclusive society.

Because when children lead, communities grow. And when they teach, transformation begins. ✨

Our heartfelt thanks to the incredible volunteers for dedicating their time and energy earlier this month to creating a vibrant and enriching learning experience for students at a Delhi Government school supported under the Quality Support Program. Through thoughtfully designed, hands‑on activities, classrooms came alive with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Senior students confidently presented innovative STEM projects, sparking questions, encouraging peer interaction, and nurturing a strong spirit of inquiry, while others explored creativity through collaborative art and integrated learning. Younger learners shared their excitement in discovering science in everyday life through fun experiments, and middle graders captivated their audience with engaging, interactive storytelling.

Together, volunteers and students co‑created a day filled with curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections, beautifully reflecting the power of shared learning and collective impact.
