Life will move through you,
joys, fears, attachments, endings.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥.

The sages taught 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐚,
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒕.

You are not the storm.
You are the silent presence
that sees it all…

All that is temporary
will fall away.
Roles, possessions, praise, pain,
𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐠𝐨.

But your essence,
your true Self, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐧,
cannot be lost.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝:
You are not the waves.
You are the ocean.

𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 swirl.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 shakes with noise and motion.

But beneath it all,
there is a center 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮
that nothing can disturb.

The ancient rishis called it the 𝐀𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐧
the silent witness,

We’ve just begun 𝐃𝐚𝐲 2 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, and the energy in the room is already deep and focused.

Yesterday was powerful, we dived into 𝐃𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, explored the essence of 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐬 𝐕𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and explored the art of truly being still with understanding 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐠.
