Ashish Kumar Dash concentrate on the empowerment of rural women by organizing self-help groups (SHGs) on the lines of joint liability groups (JLGs) of Bangladesh and provides infrastructures and finance through mic
ro credit for the rural people. HELPING NATION is legally, functionally, administratively and technically a rural development organization. HELPING NATION is access able to poor and down trodden people, accountable to the community funder and to government, approach able by any one in its operations. In recognition of HELPING NATION activities, the many official leaders participated in activities and honors were given by different agencies. The reporting Year activities are in different social development fields. The organization is committed to integrated development issues in the context of poverty, women empowerment, gender and rights with life cycle approach. Vision: HELPING NATION envisions to challenge the socio-economic inequalities and enable the vulnerable sections of the society towards the goal of self-reliance. Mission: To mobilize and harness the power of children, women and people at large to approach illiteracy, ignorance,gender discrimination with an ultimate aim of crime prevention and inclusive socio-economic development. 6. To build leadership capacities and empower communities in complementing the efforts of nation building by strengthening their resource capability through personal trainings and awareness on socio-economic issues such as gender discrimination, ignorance and environment.
