You are always careful while carrying a fully filled cup,as little imbalance might cause spilling of tea, similarly you have to be careful during good time as little carelessness might cause a big loss.

During bad time especially during Pandemic you need courage to face any problem or situation, similarly we need to exercise caution and alertness (like a soldier in the battle field).

It's time to respond with courage, self control and unity. Please abandon fear and gather courage and take all precautions.

In addition regularl meditation once or twice a day and prayers with sankalp will have positive effect for the benefit of the world.
