অসমৰ ছাগলী পালক সকলৰ আন্যতম উমহতিয়া সংগঠন সম্বন্বিত ছাগলী উন্নয়ণ পৰিষদ (IGDA)য়ে ছাগলী পালক সকলৰ মাজত বিজ্ঞান সন্মত ছাগলী পালনৰ বাবে ৰাজ্যজুৰি অবিৰিত ভাবে প্ৰচেষ্টা চলাই আহিছে । প্ৰশিক্ষণ, ছাগলী চিতাকৰণ, ছাগলী চিকিৎসা, বিনামূলীয়া ঘাঁহ ৰ বীজ বিতৰন আদিকে ধৰি বান পানী সময়ৰ লগতে আন প্ৰাকৃতিক দুয্যোগৰ সময়ত লবলগীয়া ব্যৱস্থাৱলিৰ লগতে পশুপালন বিভাগৰ সহযোগত চৰকাৰী ভাবে লোৱা কাৰ্য্যসূচী সফল ৰূপায়ণ কৰি আহিছে ।তাৰ লগত সংগতি ৰাখি আজি গোলাঘাট জিলাৰ বেতিয়ণী নৰা গাঁৱত এক চিতাকৰণ আৰু চিকিৎসা শিবিৰ অনুস্থিত কৰা হয় । গাঁও বাসী ৰাইজৰ সক্ৰিয় সহযোগত সম্বন্বিত ছাগলী উন্নয়ণ পৰিষদৰ কেন্দ্ৰীয় কাৰ্য্যনিৰ্বাহক শ্ৰী যুত ভাস্কৰ জ্যোতি হাজৰিকা আৰু সক্ৰিয় পালক সদস্য শ্ৰী যুত কংকন ৰাজখোৱা দেৱৰ তত্বাবধানত আঁত ধৰা অনুষ্ঠানটোত উপস্থিত থাকে ভ্ৰাম্যমান পশু চিকিৎসা সেৱা (1962) V.O ক্ৰমে ডা: জ্যোতি প্ৰসাদ ভৰদ্বাজ আৰু ডাঃ বিতুপান দত্ত, জিলা পশুপালন ও চিকিৎসা বিভাগৰ ক্ষেত্ৰ সহায়ক ত্ৰিনয়ন শৰ্মা, গকুল মিত্ৰ সঞ্জীৱ সন্দিকৈ, পশু সখী দীপালী কোঁৱৰ ৷
প্ৰায় ১৫০ তা ছাগলীক ET ভেকচিন টীকাকৰণ কৰা লগতে পালক সকলক বিভিন্ন ঔষধ প্ৰদান কৰা হয়

Today, a Indo-Chinese rat snake was presented at BVD Sarupathar with the history of injured spine and laceration caudal to the mouth. It was given first-aid treatment by Dr. Upasana Baruah BVO Sarupathar and was taken respective member of the NGO to the Wildlife Rescue Centre, Bokakhat for further treatment.
