# # Jharkhand Agriculture Export Roadmap 2030: Our initiative to connect farmers with global markets 🌾

It was a moment of immense pride for Sansar Green Mission Private Limited when our Managing Director, Rajeev Singh, joined the Director of Agriculture, Jharkhand, and the Director of SAMETI, Jharkhand, in lighting the ceremonial lamp to inaugurate the Agriculture Export Workshop. 🪔

Organised with the participation of SAMETI and the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), the workshop brought together agricultural officials, experts and representatives of Farmer Producer Organisations from across Jharkhand.

The programme aimed to create awareness among farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations about agricultural export opportunities, quality standards, processing, packaging and the requirements of national and international markets.

During the workshop, our Managing Director presented the **“Jharkhand Agriculture Export Roadmap 2030”** before representatives of Farmer Producer Organisations. 📊 The roadmap outlined a practical strategy for identifying Jharkhand’s distinctive agricultural products and preparing them for domestic and global markets.

Jharkhand has significant export potential in products such as potatoes, tamarind, mahua, mangoes, jackfruit, turmeric, chillies, tomatoes and several other traditional crops. However, increasing production alone will not be sufficient to realise this potential. Quality certification, grading, processing, modern packaging, scientific storage and a reliable supply chain are equally essential.

At Sansar Green Mission, we believe that Farmer Producer Organisations can play a central role in this transformation. They can organise small and marginal farmers and facilitate the collective aggregation, quality testing, grading, processing and marketing of their produce. This approach can improve farmers’ direct access to markets, reduce their dependence on intermediaries and help them secure better prices.

During his presentation, Rajeev Singh proposed identifying the leading agricultural products of each district and developing a separate export and marketing strategy for them. He also emphasised the need for modern cold-chain infrastructure, primary processing centres, quality-testing facilities and packaging systems aligned with export standards.

APEDA’s participation is particularly important in supporting Jharkhand’s agricultural products in reaching international markets. Its guidance can help farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations understand export procedures, quality certification, packaging requirements, documentation and opportunities in overseas markets. 🌍

Sansar Green Mission also views digital technology and market linkages as essential pillars of agricultural exports. Digital platforms can connect Farmer Producer Organisations with domestic and international buyers, institutional markets, processing units and exporters. They can also provide timely information about market demand, prevailing prices and quality requirements.

Representatives of Farmer Producer Organisations shared their views on practical challenges related to agricultural exports, financial support, processing infrastructure, quality testing and market access. The interaction highlighted the importance of technical guidance, capacity-building programmes and institutional support.

Through the **“Jharkhand Agriculture Export Roadmap 2030,”** Sansar Green Mission aims to organise farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations and build a credible identity for Jharkhand’s distinctive agricultural products. Improved production practices, scientific processing, modern packaging and stronger market connections can increase farmers’ incomes while creating new opportunities for agricultural entrepreneurship, investment and employment in the state.

Inaugurating the workshop alongside the Director of Agriculture and the Director of SAMETI, and presenting the roadmap before representatives of Farmer Producer Organisations from across Jharkhand, was a proud and memorable moment for Sansar Green Mission and our Managing Director, Rajeev Singh. 🌱

🚀 AI, Robotics & Agriculture: A New Beginning for Indian Farming

It was an honour to visit IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and engage in a meaningful discussion with the leadership of CIIE and distinguished professors on the future of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, and Smart Soil Intelligence for Indian agriculture.
At Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd., we believe that the future of farming lies in real-time data, intelligent decision-making, and sustainable innovation. During the interaction, we shared our vision of developing AI-powered soil intelligence platforms, robotics-assisted soil testing, and smart farming technologies that can empower farmers with accurate, real-time recommendations while improving productivity and protecting soil health.

This discussion reaffirmed the importance of industry–academia collaboration in transforming research into practical technologies that create a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of farmers.

हरित संसार प्राकृतिक खेती जागरूकता कार्यक्रम में किसानों को मिला नई खेती का संदेश, 700 आम के पौधों का वितरण

बिरनी (गिरिडीह), झारखंड।
प्राकृतिक खेती को बढ़ावा देने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के उद्देश्य से हरित संसार एवं संसार ग्रीन के तत्वावधान में बिरनी प्रखंड, गिरिडीह में एक भव्य प्राकृतिक खेती जागरूकता एवं किसान प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर क्षेत्र के सैकड़ों किसानों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और प्राकृतिक खेती अपनाने का संकल्प लिया।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि श्री राजीव सिंह, संस्थापक संसार ग्रीन एवं हरित संसार आंदोलन के प्रणेता थे। अपने प्रेरणादायक संबोधन में उन्होंने किसानों से रासायनिक खेती पर निर्भरता कम कर प्राकृतिक एवं टिकाऊ कृषि पद्धतियों को अपनाने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वस्थ मिट्टी, स्वच्छ जल और हरित पर्यावरण ही आने वाली पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य की आधारशिला हैं।

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण 700 आम के पौधों का नि:शुल्क वितरण रहा। इन पौधों का उद्देश्य केवल वृक्षारोपण ही नहीं, बल्कि किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, कृषि वानिकी (Agroforestry) को प्रोत्साहित करने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में जनभागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना भी है।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र के दौरान किसानों को प्राकृतिक खेती, जैविक पोषण, मिट्टी की उर्वरता बढ़ाने, जल संरक्षण, जैव विविधता तथा कम लागत में अधिक उत्पादन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी गई। किसानों ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए अपने खेतों में प्राकृतिक खेती अपनाने और अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने का संकल्प लिया।

हरित संसार आंदोलन का उद्देश्य झारखंड सहित पूरे देश में हरित आवरण बढ़ाना, किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण को जन आंदोलन का स्वरूप देना है। संसार ग्रीन निरंतर किसानों के साथ मिलकर टिकाऊ कृषि, वृक्षारोपण और ग्रामीण विकास की दिशा में कार्य कर रहा है।

# # From Bhagalpur to Building a National Vision for Sustainable Agriculture

Every successful movement is built on purpose, perseverance, and partnership.

For Sansar Green, Harit Sansar, and the "Mitti Se Mandi" (Soil to Market) vision, one of the strongest pillars has been Rimi Singh, whose roots are deeply connected to Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Born in Bhagalpur and belonging to Barahari Village, Goradih Block, Rimi Singh grew up surrounded by agriculture, rural traditions, and values that emphasized hard work, compassion, and community. Those early experiences shaped her belief that sustainable development begins with empowered farmers and environmentally responsible communities.

When the vision of Mitti Se Mandi was first discussed, Rimi Singh saw more than an agricultural business opportunity. She saw a movement that could connect soil health, scientific farming, sustainable technologies, value addition, and market access to improve the lives of millions of farmers.

Her encouragement and unwavering support played an important role in transforming this idea into the guiding philosophy of Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd.

Determined to build an organization rooted in science and innovation, Rimi Singh actively supported collaborations and learning opportunities with leading institutions, including IIM Bangalore, BAU Sabour, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, and Kerala Agricultural University. These partnerships strengthened Sansar Green's foundation in research-driven agriculture, sustainable farming, entrepreneurship, and agricultural innovation.

Beyond agriculture, Rimi Singh also became one of the inspirations behind Harit Sansar, a people-led movement promoting tree plantation, biodiversity conservation, climate action, and environmental awareness. She believes that real change begins with families, women, schools, and communities working together to protect nature.

Today, through Sansar Green, Harit Sansar, and the Mitti Se Mandi mission, Rimi Singh continues to support initiatives that promote sustainable agriculture, farmer empowerment, environmental conservation, rural entrepreneurship, and women-led leadership.

Her journey—from Barahari Village in Bhagalpur to helping shape a growing national vision for agriculture and sustainability—demonstrates how strong values, continuous learning, and quiet determination can create meaningful impact.

गिरिडीह से शुरू होगी झारखंड की जैविक कृषि क्रांति

झारखंड के किसानों के लिए एक नई और ऐतिहासिक शुरुआत हुई है। बिहार कृषि विश्वविद्यालय (BAU), सबौर, भागलपुर के अनुसंधान निदेशालय (Directorate of Research) द्वारा संसार ग्रीन मिशन प्रा. लि., गिरिडीह को जैविक खेती, बायो-इनपुट विकास एवं किसान प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र (Training Certificate) प्रदान किया गया तथा दोनों संस्थानों के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन (MoA) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

यह केवल एक औपचारिक समझौता नहीं, बल्कि गिरिडीह और पूरे झारखंड के किसानों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुरुआत है।

इस पहल के अंतर्गत सबसे पहले गिरिडीह में किसानों, युवाओं और कृषि उद्यमियों को आधुनिक जैविक खेती, बायो-इनपुट निर्माण, प्राकृतिक कृषि तथा वैज्ञानिक खेती का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। बिहार कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, सबौर के वैज्ञानिकों का ज्ञान और अनुभव अब सीधे झारखंड के किसानों तक पहुंचेगा।

संसार ग्रीन का उद्देश्य गिरिडीह को झारखंड का ऑर्गेनिक एवं बायो-इनपुट हब बनाना है। यहां विकसित मॉडल को आगे चलकर पूरे झारखंड में लागू किया जाएगा, जिससे हजारों किसानों को कम लागत, अधिक उत्पादन, स्वस्थ मिट्टी और बेहतर बाजार मूल्य का लाभ मिल सके।

From Giridih to the Whole of Jharkhand: A New Era of Organic Agriculture.

A significant milestone has been achieved for the farmers of Jharkhand.

Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd., Giridih has received a Training Certificate and signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Directorate of Research, Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), Sabour, Bhagalpur to collaborate in Organic Farming, Bio-Input Development, and Farmer Capacity Building.

This partnership is more than an institutional agreement—it is the beginning of a long-term mission to strengthen agriculture in Giridih first, and then across Jharkhand.

The first phase of this initiative will focus on Giridih, where farmers, rural entrepreneurs, and young agri-professionals will receive scientific training in organic farming, bio-input production, and sustainable agricultural practices. The expertise of BAU Sabour's scientists will now directly benefit the farming community of Jharkhand.
Sansar Green envisions developing Giridih as Jharkhand's Organic & Bio-Input Hub, creating a scalable model that can be replicated throughout the state. This initiative aims to improve soil health, reduce cultivation costs, increase productivity, and help farmers realise better prices for their produce.

Earlier, Sansar Green established research collaborations with IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and Kerala Agricultural University. With the addition of BAU Sabour, the organisation is building a strong research and innovation ecosystem dedicated to sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment.
