ప్రజా పాలన - ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణలో భాగంగ ఈరోజు గౌరవ చైర్ పర్సన్ గంగిశెట్టి చందన రవీందర్ గారు, కమిషనర్ R వెంకటగోపాల్ గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో, పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులకు ఆరోగ్య వైద్య శిబిరం మరియు వైస్- చైర్ పర్సన్ గారి, పాలకవర్గ సభ్యుల చేతుల మీదుగా PPE కిట్ల పంపిణీ చేయడం జరిగినది.

అనంతరం పారిశుద్ధ్య సిబ్బందికి వైద్య పరీక్షలను పరిశీలించిన చైర్ పర్సన్ గారు, కమీషనర్ గారు మరియు పాలక వర్గ సభ్యులు అదేవిధముగా కమీషనర్ గారు కూడా వైద్య పరీక్షలు చేయించుకోవడం జరిగినది.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన "ప్రజా పాలన - ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక" 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణలో భాగంగా, ఈరోజు మున్సిపల్ పరిధిలో పలు అభివృద్ధి మరియు పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు.

ముఖ్య కార్యక్రమాలు:

నర్సరీ పర్యవేక్షణ: ప్రజ్ఞాపూర్ 4వ వార్డులోని శ్రీనిధి వెంచర్‌లో గల నర్సరీని గౌరవ మున్సిపల్ చైర్‌పర్సన్ గంగిశెట్టి చందన రవీందర్ గారు మరియు కమిషనర్ R. వెంకటగోపాల్ గారు సందర్శించారు. మొక్కల పెంపకం, నిర్వహణపై అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.

E-వెస్ట్ తొలగింపు: 5వ వార్డులో పేరుకుపోయిన పనికిరాని ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ స్క్రాప్ (E-Waste)ను గుర్తించి, వాటిని తక్షణమే తొలగించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టారు.

అవగాహన & బుట్టల పంపిణీ: 6వ వార్డు మహిళా భవనం వద్ద స్థానిక మహిళలకు తడి, పొడి మరియు హానికర చెత్తను వేరు చేయడంపై అవగాహన కల్పించారు. అనంతరం చెత్త సేకరణ కోసం బుట్టలను పంపిణీ చేశారు.

‘ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక’ 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణలో భాగంగా గజ్వేల్–ప్రజ్ఞాపూర్ మున్సిపాలిటీ పరిధిలో చెరువుల శుభ్రత, తడి–పొడి చెత్త నిర్వహణపై అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు, కళా జాతర బృందం ద్వారా ప్రచారం మరియు ఫ్రైడే–డ్రై డే కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించబడింది.

ప్రధాన అంశాలు:

ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణలో భాగంగా 8వ రోజు, గౌరవ చైర్‌పర్సన్ శ్రీమతి గంగిశెట్టి చందన రవీందర్ గారు మరియు గౌరవ కమిషనర్ శ్రీ R. వెంకటగోపాల్ గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో పాండవుల చెరువు వద్ద శుభ్రత కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టబడింది.

తదనంతరం గౌరవ చైర్‌పర్సన్ గారు, అసిస్టెంట్ డైరెక్టర్ CDMA గారు, కమిషనర్ గారు మరియు కౌన్సిల్ సభ్యులు DRCC కంపోస్ట్ యార్డ్ ను సందర్శించి అక్కడ జరుగుతున్న పనులను పరిశీలించారు.

Gajwel-Pragnapur Municipality: Day 7 Report – ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranali’ 🧹🌳

As part of the 99-day action plan, an intensive Special Sanitation Drive was conducted today, marking the 7th day of operations within the Gajwel-Pragnapur Municipal limits.

Key Activities of the Day:

Public Hygiene: Special cleaning programs were carried out in public spaces and around the morning market areas.

Sanitation Drive: Intensive cleaning of drains was performed, and wild bushes/overgrowth along the roadsides were cleared.

Waste Management Awareness: Awareness sessions were held for the public on segregating wet and dry waste, followed by the distribution of dustbins.

The Municipal Commissioner urged every citizen to actively participate and take responsibility for keeping the municipality clean and hygienic.

Gajwel-Pragnapur Municipality: Day 6 of ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranali’ 99-Day Action Plan 🌳🧹

Under the leadership of Municipal Chairperson Smt. G. Chandana Ravinder, Vice-Chairman Padmabhai Narsingarao, and Commissioner Sri R. Venkat Gopal, extensive field activities were conducted today in Ward 17:

🌱 Greenery & Sanitation: A plantation drive was held at the Rythu Vedika with SHG women. Awareness was created on segregating wet, dry, and hazardous waste, followed by a distribution of dustbins.

🛡️ Public Health Inspections: * Public Toilets: Inspected for cleanliness. Staff were strictly warned of action if maintenance standards are not met.

Food Safety: Tiffin centers and hotels were inspected. Finding hygiene lapses, the Commissioner ordered officials to issue immediate notices to defaulting establishments.
Vector Control: Anti-larval spraying and bleaching powder application were carried out in drains to prevent seasonal diseases.

🏠 Indiramma Housing Review: A meeting was held with the committee members to review construction stages and ensure the speedy completion of houses.

5K Run and Compost Pits Inaugurated in Gajwel under 'Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika'! 🏃‍♀️🌱
As part of the 99-day action plan for 'Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika,' a 5K Run was successfully organized in the Gajwel-Pragnapur Municipality to promote public health. The event was flagged off by the Honorable Chairperson, Smt. G. Chandana Ravinder.
Following the run, Municipal Commissioner Sri R. Venkat Gopal, along with the Chairperson and Ward Councilors, inaugurated Compost Pits at Rajiv Park and Herbal Park.
The Goal: Instead of discarding dry leaves, grass, and organic waste from the parks, they will now be converted into organic fertilizer to nourish the park’s greenery.
Local councilors, municipal officials, MEPMA RPs, SHG women's groups, and ward residents actively participated in the program.
