Y2K Tots Foundation is hiring a Business Development & CSR Partnerships Executive to develop corporate partnerships, mobilise CSR funding and create innovative fundraising opportunities for our child-focused programmes.

What we’re looking for:

Smart, confident and performance-driven

Excellent communication and networking skills

Ability to approach corporates and present CSR proposals

Creative in planning strategies, campaigns and fundraising events

Willingness to travel extensively

Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence

Proficiency in English and Malayalam

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

Women candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Additional benefits: Attractive commissions and performance incentives
Travel allowance: Provided separately

In Wayanad, we had the privilege of sharing DiaCare diabetic-friendly millet nutrition kits with courageous children living with Type 1 diabetes.

Through the DiaCare initiative, The Fresh Start Wellness Cafe, in association with the Y2K Tots Foundation, provides diabetic-friendly millet nutrition kits to these children completely free of cost—supporting them with nutritious, fibre-rich food as part of their daily diabetes-care journey.

This mission is sustained by every person who chooses a Fresh Start product. From every product sold, a portion of our profit is set aside to provide millet nutrition support for children living with Type 1 diabetes.

She was only one year old when Type 1 Diabetes became a part of her life.

Today, little Mayookha stands before us not as a patient, but as a brave warrior, sharing a journey filled with countless insulin injections, blood sugar checks, dietary restrictions, and challenges that most people can hardly imagine. Yet, through it all, she continues to smile, learn, dream, and inspire.

A truly meaningful day in Wayanad! 🌾💙
We distributed Millet Nutrition Kits to the brave Type 1 Diabetic Warrior Children of wayanad district, ensuring they receive safe, low-GI and steady nutrition.
Along with the distribution, we also conducted an awareness session on millet-based foods, helping children and parents understand how millets support better sugar control and long-term health.
Together, we continue our mission through the Diacare Project to nourish, educate, and empower every child.
