Malda: Vishwakarma Puja was celebrated with great pomp on Friday, accompanied by prayers for industrial progress, professional success, and prosperity. A festive atmosphere enveloped the district from the morning across various industrial zones, factories, cold storages, and transport organizations. Ritualistic worship of Vishwakarma, the deity of architecture and machinery, was observed across different corners of the district.
In the Kamalabari area of English Bazar, the puja was solemnly organized at a local cold storage unit. Ujjal Saha, district president of the Malda Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sampreet Chakraborty IT Cell Incharge, Soumyadeep Chowdhury, member attended alongside other entrepreneurs and industrialists.

Shri Shri Vishwakarma Puja was celebrated with great pomp on Friday, accompanied by prayers for industrial progress, professional success, and prosperity. A festive atmosphere enveloped the district from the morning across various industrial zones, factories, cold storages, and transport organizations. Ritualistic worship of Vishwakarma, the deity of architecture and machinery, was observed across different corners of the district.

In the Kamalabari area of English Bazar, the puja was solemnly organized at a local cold storage unit. Shri Ujjal Saha, district president of the Malda Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended alongside other entrepreneurs. Prayers were offered for the growth and success of the local business and industrial community.Shri Saha later visited Vishwakarma Puja celebrations organized by several industrial units and trade bodies in the Narayanpur area. He exchanged greetings with the business community and wished them success in their ventures.

Expressing his hopes on the occasion, Shri Saha stated that he looks forward to further industrial and commercial expansion across Malda and West Bengal as a whole, including the setup of new factories, industrial estates, and enhanced employment generation. He added that the district's economy would strengthen significantly through the growth of traders and industrial entrepreneurs. Following the conclusion of the rituals, prasad was distributed among the attendees.
