On the occasion of WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2026, 20 BN CRPF organized an awareness programme and plantation drive at Jiribam (Manipur) and Diphu (Assam) under the guidance of Sh. Karowng Haopu, Commandant.
Officers and jawans actively participated and reaffirmed their commitment towards environmental protection, sustainable living, and a greener future. The programme highlighted the importance of conserving natural resources, reducing pollution, and promoting eco-friendly practices.
The event reflected CRPF’s dedication towards environmental stewardship and support for the vision of a Clean, Green and Sustainable India. 🇮🇳 Protecting the nation also means protecting its environment.🌱

As part of the celebrations of International Day of Yoga (IDY)-2026, HQ 20 BN CRPF, Diphu (Assam), as well as Dett/20 bn ,Jiribam (Manipur), promoting participation in the “100 Days Free Live Yoga Sessions” under the Yoga 365 campaign of the Ministry of AYUSH.
The officers and jawans, are actively participating in the daily live yoga sessions, learning and practicing yoga to improve physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall health. Participants are also encouraged to join the proposed World Record Yoga Event on the occasion of IDY-2026.
The initiative reflects CRPF’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the vision of “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” 🧘‍♂️🇮🇳

Annual Inspection -2026 of 20 BN CRPF carried out by
Sh. R.W. Dawa. DIG RANGE KKT at unit HQ20BN Diphu as well as Jiribam, Manipur from 19/05/2026 to 21/05/2026.
During the inspection , DIG Sir visited the Quarter Guard, Mess, barracks, canteen, stores , MT, checked deployment of the unit and official records & files. He also interacted with Jawan and motivated them during the Sainik Sammelan, providing valuable guidance and mentoring.
The visit enhanced operational preparedness, discipline, coordination, and morale among all ranks. 🇮🇳
