• पूर्व में 8 FRA आवेदन भूमि पट्टा से संबंधित पाए गए
• फरवरी 2026 में 10 नए ऑफलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त
• ऑनलाइन पोर्टल वर्तमान में बंद एवं दस्‍तावेज अपूर्ण पाए गए
• कार्य पालन अधिकारी, जनपद पंचायतों को वन विभाग के समन्वय से शीघ्र निराकरण हेतु निर्देश
• लंबित प्रकरण 15 दिवस में पूर्ण करने के निर्देश
✅ प्रकरण के त्वरित एवं प्रभावी निराकरण हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।

📍 *Collector Office, May 05, 2026*

In compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, Indore, a meeting was held at the Collector Office regarding Writ Petition No. WP 41907/2025 (Radhabai Katara & Others).

The meeting was attended by In-charge Collector Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Divisional Forest Officer Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., Assistant Commissioner (Tribal Affairs), Mr. Shailendra Solanki, Forest Range Officer Sardarpur, and 10 petitioners.

🔍 *Key Highlights:*
• Earlier, 8 FRA applications related to land lease cases were submitted
• 10 new offline applications received in February 2026
• Online portal currently closed; some documents found incomplete
• Chief Executive Officers of Janpad Panchayats directed to ensure early disposal in coordination with the Forest Department
• Pending cases to be resolved within 15 days

धार वन विभाग की सख्त कार्रवाई

अवैध लकड़ी तस्करी के खिलाफ वन विभाग लगातार सक्रिय है। 01 मई 2026 की रात्रि में श्री विजयानंथम टी.आर., वन मंडल अधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्यवाही करते हुए एक वाहन से अवैध लकड़ी ज़ब्त की गई।

स्थान: लक्कड़पीठा, धार
वाहन: MP13 GB 3158
बरामदगी: लगभग 15 क्विंटल इमली व नीम की लकड़ी
अनुमानित मूल्य: ₹5 लाख से अधिक

वाहन चालक के पास लकड़ी परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध दस्तावेज़ नहीं पाए गए, जिस पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की गई।

वन विभाग की टीम द्वारा की गई यह कार्रवाई अवैध कटाई और तस्करी के विरुद्ध सख्त संदेश देती है कि इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों पर निरंतर नियंत्रण रखा जाएगा।

Strict Action by Dhar Forest Department

The Forest Department continues its drive against illegal timber smuggling. On the night of May 1, 2026, under the guidance of Divisional Forest Officer Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., a significant action was carried out and illegal timber was seized from a vehicle.

Location: Lakkadpeetha, Dhar
Vehicle: MP13 GB 3158
Seizure: Approx. 15 quintals of tamarind and neem wood
Estimated value: Over ₹5 lakh

The vehicle driver failed to produce any valid documents for timber transportation, following which immediate action was taken.

This action sends a clear message that strict enforcement against illegal felling and smuggling will continue.

"धार जिले में तेंदुआ बचाव अभियान"

📍 वन परिक्षेत्र धामनोद | तेंदुआ रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन 🐆🌿

दिनांक 22 अप्रैल 2026 को ग्राम गुजरी (ढेरिया) क्षेत्र में तेंदुआ देखे जाने की सूचना प्राप्त होते ही वन विभाग की टीम, श्री विजयानंथम टी.आर., वन मंडल अधिकारी धार के निर्देशन में तत्काल मौके पर पहुंची।

🔹 तेंदुए के कारण 4 ग्रामीण घायल हुए, जिन्हें तुरंत उपचार हेतु अस्पताल भेजा गया।
🔹 तेंदुए द्वारा श्री दद्दू सिंह ठाकुर, वनरक्षक को भी घायल किया गया, जो अब पूर्णतः स्वस्थ हैं।
🔹 तेंदुआ नाले के पास सीमेंट पाइप में छिपा हुआ था।
🔹 वन विभाग, पुलिस बल एवं रेस्क्यू टीम द्वारा क्षेत्र को सुरक्षित कर बचाव कार्य शुरू किया गया।
🔹 रालामंडल (इंदौर) की रेस्क्यू टीम ने पिंजरा लगाकर लगभग रात्रि 12:00 बजे तेंदुआ पिंजरे में आ गया।

अगले दिन स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण में तेंदुआ पूर्णतः स्वस्थ पाया गया (आयु लगभग 2–3 वर्ष) 🐾
🔸 तेंदुए को रेडियो कॉलर लगाकर सुरक्षित वन क्षेत्र में छोड़ा जा रहा है। दिनांक 23.04.2026 की शाम तक तेंदुए को वन क्षेत्र में छोड़ दिया जाएगा।

👉 वन विभाग द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई एवं समन्वय से स्थिति को सफलतापूर्वक नियंत्रित किया गया। 🌳

📍 Dhamnod Forest Range | Leopard Rescue Operation 🐆🌿

On 22 April 2026, upon receiving information about a leopard sighting in village Gujri (Dheriya), the Forest Department team, under the guidance of Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., Divisional Forest Officer, Dhar, promptly reached the spot.

🔹 4 villagers were injured due to the leopard and were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment.
🔹 The leopard also injured Mr. Daddoo Singh Thakur, Forest Guard, who is now fully recovered.
🔹 The leopard had taken shelter inside a cement pipe near a drain.
🔹 Forest staff, police, and the rescue team secured the area and initiated rescue operations.
🔹 The rescue team from Ralamandal (Indore) set up a cage, and the leopard entered it at around 12:00 AM.

The next day, the medical examination confirmed the leopard to be healthy (approx. 2–3 years old) 🐾
🔸 A radio collar has been fitted, and the leopard is being safely released into the forest. It will be released by the evening of 23.04.2026.

👉 Swift action and effective coordination by the Forest Department ensured the situation was handled successfully. 🌳

वन मंडल अधिकारी श्री विजयानंथम टी०आर० के मार्गदर्शन में समस्त लिपिकीय स्टाफ एवं कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटरों के लिए *Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training Program* आयोजित किया गया। यह पहल *मध्य प्रदेश में शासकीय कर्मचारियों हेतु इस प्रकार का पहला प्रशिक्षण* है।

यह प्रशिक्षण *Koshalyam Learning Solutions, Dhar द्वारा प्रदान किया गया, जिसमें कर्मचारियों को AI tools जैसे *ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Canva एवं Microsoft Copilot के माध्यम से कार्यालयीन कार्यों को सरल, तेज एवं प्रभावी बनाने की जानकारी दी गई।

AI tools के उपयोग से *letter drafting, spreadsheets, presentation एवं poster design* जैसे समय लेने वाले कार्य कम समय में अधिक गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से किए जा सकेंगे। इससे लगभग 50% समय की बचत होगी, जिससे लंबित कार्यों के शीघ्र निस्तारण में मदद मिलेगी।

Under the guidance of Forest Division Officer Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training Program was organized for clerical staff and computer operators. Notably, this is the first such initiative for government employees in Madhya Pradesh.

The training was delivered by Koshalyam Learning Solutions, where participants were introduced to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Canva, and Microsoft Copilot to simplify, accelerate, and enhance office work.

The use of AI tools will significantly reduce time spent on tasks like letter drafting, spreadsheets, presentations, and poster design, while improving quality. It is expected to save nearly 50% of employees’ time, enabling faster clearance of pending work.

श्री मनोज कुमार अग्रवाल, प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक एवं मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी (कैम्पा) द्वारा वन मंडल धार का दौरा किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान श्री पी.एन. मिश्रा, मुख्य वन संरक्षक, इंदौर वृत्त; वन मंडल अधिकारी धार श्री विजयानंथम टी.आर.; उप वन मंडल अधिकारी श्री सुनील सुलिया सहित अन्य अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

वन परिक्षेत्र धार अंतर्गत विभिन्न योजनाओं के कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया गया, जिनमें कैम्पा, लीडर तकनीक, सिल्विपाश्चर कार्य एवं अधोसंरचना विकास कार्य प्रमुख रहे।

🌱 सामाजिक वानिकी वृत्त, झाबुआ अंतर्गत माही रोपणी में आयोजित कार्यशाला में निम्न महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर चर्चा की गई—
• ग्राफ्टेड प्रजातियों की तैयारी
• 2.5 से 3 वर्ष आयु के पौधों का ही रोपण क्षेत्र में उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना

अधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यों की गुणवत्ता सुधार एवं प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन एवं दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।

📍 11 April 2026 | Dhar

Mr. Manoj Kumar Agrawal, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & CEO (CAMPA), visited Forest Division Dhar.

During the inspection, Mr. P.N. Mishra, Chief Conservator of Forests, Indore Circle; DFO Dhar Mr. Vejayanantham T.R.; SDO Dhar Mr. Sunil Suliya, along with other officers and staff, were present.

Various works under different schemes in Dhar Range were reviewed, including CAMPA activities, Leader Technique, Silvipasture works, and infrastructure development.

🌱 At the workshop held under Social Forestry Circle, Jhabua (Mahi plantation), key discussions focused on:
• Preparation of grafted species
• Ensuring use of 2.5–3 year-old saplings for plantation

Necessary guidance and directions were provided to enhance quality and ensure effective implementation of field activities.

पीथमपुर स्थित नेट्रेक्स ऑटो टेस्टिंग ट्रैक में वन मंडल अधिकारी, धार श्री विजयानंथम टी.आर. के मार्गदर्शन में बोमा पद्धति के माध्यम से नीलगाय के सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू हेतु एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन दिनांक 14.04.2026 से प्रारंभ किया जाएगा, जिसमें नीलगायों को अफ्रीकन बोमा पद्धति के माध्यम से नेट्रेक्स परिसर से सुरक्षित रूप से रेस्क्यू किया जाएगा।

बैठक के दौरान नीलगाय रेस्क्यू की रणनीति एवं सुरक्षा उपायों से संबंधित तकनीकी पहलुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई, ताकि वन्यजीवों को बिना किसी हानि के सुरक्षित रूप से नियंत्रित एवं स्थानांतरित किया जा सके।

🔍 बैठक उपरांत स्थल का निरीक्षण किया गया, जिसमें स्थान की उपयुक्तता, सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं एवं आवश्यक संसाधनों का मूल्यांकन किया गया।

📍 13 April 2026 | Pithampur

At the NATRAX Auto Testing Track, Pithampur, a significant meeting was held under the guidance of DFO Dhar, Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., to plan the safe rescue of nilgai using the Boma method. The rescue operation is scheduled to commence from 14 April 2026, during which nilgai will be safely rescued from the NATRAX premises using the African Boma technique.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were carried out on rescue strategies and technical aspects related to safety measures, ensuring that wildlife can be safely controlled and relocated without causing any harm.

🔍 Following the meeting, a site inspection was conducted to assess the suitability of the location, safety arrangements, and availability of necessary resources.

👥 Officials and staff from Satpura Tiger Reserve, Ratapani Tiger Reserve, and Rajgarh Forest Division, along with Range Forest Officer Mandav Mr. Sachin Sayde, Ms. Sangeeta Rawat (RFO, Dhamnod), Mr. Ajay Chauhan (Trainee RO), Mr Ashish Singh Sikarwar (Trainee RO), the rescue team from Ralamandal Sanctuary, the Managing Director of NATRAX, and other forest personnel were present.

This initiative marks an important step towards reducing human-wildlife conflict and strengthening wildlife conservation efforts.

*📢 जनजागरूकता पहल | वन मंडल धार 🌿*

Meetings of Village Forest Committees were conducted across various ranges under Forest Division Dhar, under the guidance of Mr. Vejayanantham T.R., Divisional Forest Officer.
During these meetings, forest staff sensitized local villagers on key issues such as human-wildlife conflict, precautions to be taken when encountering wild animals, avoiding the use of fire while collecting minor forest produce, refraining from smoking in forest areas, not taking small children into forests, and ensuring entry into forests only in groups.
