Today a meeting cm get together was organized at Maithon by our association. The programme was attended by various members of our association.
This programme called Litti Chokha was organized to bring together all those members who are from far away place in Dhanbad district and are u
nable to attend regular meetings.Association aapke dear is the main motto behind this programme. We have already held meetings at Kendua,Gomoh.This programme was a huge success and the members have enjoyed to their fullest extent.We would again do such things in future.Sh Vinod Singhal and his in laws arranged for the whole programme and we thank them for this.

This organization recently organized Voter Awareness programs in Dhanbad for the assembly elections. These programs helped in increasing the voting percentage in these elections.The District Commissioner of Dhanbad also praised our efforts.Posters,banners stickers etc were used to convey the message that every adult citizen should vote.

TODAY A MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION WAS HELD AT BMCC HALL AROUND 4 PM.AT LEAST 25 RESPECTED MEMBERS ATTENDED THE MEETING .VARIOUS MATTERS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE WERE DISCUSSED AND MEMBERS GAVE THEIR VIEWS ON THE ISSUES.ACCOUNTS OF LAST THREE YEARS WERE PRODUCED BY THE TREASURER SHRI VIJAY VASHIST AND HAS BEEN ASKED BY THE HONOURABLE PRESIDENT TO PRODUCE ACCOUNTS IN THE PRINTED FORMAT IN THE NEXT MEETING.THE PRINTED ACCOUNTS SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL THE MEMBERS.THE NEXT MEETING SHALL BE HELD AT SHIV MANDIR ,KENDUA ON THE 11TH OF SEPTEMBER ,2014.
