PHG-CTBI (Punjab Home Guards Canine Training & Breeding Institute) has been setup in collaboration with Department of Home Affairs, Government of Punjab. The facility has come up in Village Sundraan, Teshil Dera Bassi, District Mohali, PUNJAB. PHG-CTBI is training Canine/Handler teams in new techniques and to higher standards of effectiveness than ever before. PHG-CTBI takes this opportunity to introduce Indian Law Enforcement to revolutionary Canine Passive Detection modes.
