From enabling start-ups to scale, strengthening governance in MSMEs,
and building trust and accountability in the NPO ecosystem, the role of Company Secretaries is evolving beyond compliance towards institution-building, responsible growth and sustainable development. ЁЯЗоЁЯЗ│
We also explored how AI and digital technologies are transforming compliance, risk management and decision-making, while reinforcing an important principle: technology can automate processes, but it cannot outsource accountability. ЁЯМ╕
With India progressing towards Viksit Bharat, governance will remain the invisible foundation that enables institutions to grow with credibility, transparency and trust.
