💼 Key Responsibilities

- Accounting, bookkeeping & financial reporting
- GST/TDS, ROC and 12A/80G compliance
- Fund utilisation, budgeting & cash-flow management
- Audits, payroll compliance and grant reporting

🎓 Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- CA/CPA/CMA preferred
- 2+ years' experience in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC, payroll & statutory audits
- Good financial analysis, accounting software and communication skills
