This 200 gns packet of fibre cost RS. 350 plus Doctor fee of Rs. 1000, we suffer and also pay this heavy price for neglecting natural fibre in food and edible oil, but when it comes to start using natural, pure and chemical free food items and edible oil, either we are not serious or suddenly become price conscious why is it so can any one tell me ?

My wife says, she is jeoulus of me, she is compelled to bear pain and spend lakhs of rupees on dentist every year, my young daughter too has similar story, I am touching 50 now, hardly need to visit dentist. *Navratri* is approaching in a couple of weeks. As is the tradition, young girls *Kanjaks* are given gifts after performing pooja on ashtami and navmi. Often these gifts are *plastic products* and shops selling cheap and recycled plastic products do brisk business on such occasions.
Plastic plates, bowls, boxes are made of low grade cheap plastic, that’s rather harmful when hot *Halwa Puri* is served on them. Lets switch to *paper plates* or *steel plates*
Our Earth has had enough of this menace. Could I request you to gift something else than plastic this time. Switch to little accessories or stationary than plastic cutlery.

Please encourage your near and dear ones to do the same and make everybody's life healthier by contributing to freedom from plastic campaign.
