ing community and participates actively towards improving the quality of life of rural masses by addressing technical, economical policy issues related to the development of agriculture and rural society. CARD is engaged in a variety of activities in agriculture, horticulture and rural development with an all India presence. CARD envisages to develop agriculture and rural sector through project based activities. It focuses on information dissemination, training, capacity building and technology exposure by organising business seminars, technical conferences, farmers workshops, agro trade fairs, conducting surveys & studies and adopting villages for their sustainable development. CARD monitors trends in agriculture and agribusinesses and advises Central and State Governments, NGOs and various bodies on appropriate policies and actions for the development of agriculture and rural economy. Its various bodies are engaged in a host of developmental activities for the benefit of rural society.

The inaugural session commenced with Shri Rajvinder Singh, IAS, Director, Upneda (Chief Guest); Shri Pankaj Singh, Secretary, UPNEDA; Shri Ashish Goel, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh; Dr Anis Ansari IAS (rtd), Retd. IAS; Mr. Mukesh Singh, IACC; Dr. Vibhor Mishra, CEO, 3EA Global, Singapore; and Mr. Aksh*t Jain, CEO, KLK.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Mr. ARINDAM SINGHA ROY, Executive Director, CARD, and was conducted by Mr. Shobhit Srivastava and the CARD team.

Key discussions focused on PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, PM-KUSUM, the National Bioenergy Programme, Solar Parks, the PLI Scheme, the Uttar Pradesh Solar Energy Policy 2022, Bio Energy Policy 2022, and the Green Hydrogen Policy 2024. The conference also highlighted opportunities in solar villages, solar irrigation, solar cold storage, bio-CNG, biomass, carbon credits, skill development, and renewable energy-based rural enterprises.

Success stories from KLK Ventures Private Limited, Lord's Mark Industries Ltd., Satya Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd., and CARD showcased the transformative impact of collaborative action in accelerating renewable energy adoption across Uttar Pradesh and India.

CARD CSR initiative project started at -
