About DDA Policy:
The DDA has introduced Land Pooling Policy in its MPD-21. As per the policy all those farmers, societies and builders, who owned land in various Zones can surrender their land holding in to central pool of DDA and will be given proportionate share for development as per the laid out policy.
The land retained by DDA will be utilized for development of infrastructure which will be in the form of Healthcare, educational facilities, communication facilities, Sports facilities and in addition facilities for security & Safety.
