This has been designated as Delhi’s Employment C

entre under the Master Plan 2021. P Zone has been designated a High Rise residential zone under the Master Plan 2021 of Delhi. The directives of the MPD and Zonal Development Plans are directly being handled by the Ministry of Urban Planning through its executive arm, Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The execution of this much needed plan is being expedited through a combined effort of the Central and State Government to provide relief to the ever growing needs of India’s capital city. Hence, for the first time, the plan has been launched on a Public Private Partnership mode. The housing strategy for Zone P incorporates approaches for development of new housing area, upgradation and re-densification through re-development of existing housing area including unauthorized colonies. In view of limited availability of land and increased demand for housing, plotted residential development is being discouraged. This emphasis on High Rise development will allow for better planning and use of recreational and green areas, to include a Leisure Valley, River Front Boulevard, City Parks, Bhalswa Lake Complex, 9 hole Golf Course, Amusement Park, Science Park and network of playgrounds and green spaces interconnected with pedestrian and cycle tracks. Zone P comprises of Narela, Libaspur, Swaroop Nagar, Sant Nagar and Alipur. It is located on the left and right side of GT Karnal Road in North Delhi. The site itself is just 5 Km from the main NH-1 and a mere 10Km from the Delhi Bye-pass. Zone P is extremely well connected with ISBT and CP in close proximity. The life line of this new sub city will be a 100m urban expressway road that will originate at NH-1 and cut through NH-10, NH-8 and go up to NH-2. Once this UER II is ready, driving to the airport and South Delhi will take just 20 minutes. Revanta Welfare Society is located in Zone P-II on GT Karnal Road, more specifically on the Bakhtavarpur-Mukundpur Road, New Delhi -110036. Zone P will be home to Delhi's upcoming largest Mega Exhibition Centre on the lines of Pragati Maidan and amusement park. Revanta Welfare Society’s Management Committee has proven experience in delivering such housing societies. Their delivered projects can be visited to get a feel for the quality of construction and day to day maintenance.
