As per the approval from the competent authority for the resumption of libra

following Protocols will be applicable in the Student Library, Vishwas Nagar til

orders:

General Guidelines and Protocols for the Library Users

1. Library working hours are limited to 9:30am to 5:00pm for the users on weekday
(closed on weekend and Institute holidays).
2. New membership is open for students to avail reading room facility of the library with
occupancy. Visitors, Alumni, Relatives/Dependents, etc. are strictly not allowed in the Library until further review of the situation.

3. Books are not to be issued from library till further orders.
4. First-come first serve basis shall be followed when a large number of readers arrive at the
same time to the reading hall by showing library card.
5. Social distancing norms shall be followed to avoid crowding at the entrance.

6. Daily sanitization need to be done at the library and both the reading rooms

7. Wash areas, toilets etc., where people are likely to come shall be disinfected property Soria
distancing norms shall apply to such areas strictly.
8. Wearing of face masks shall be made compulsory. Touching the mask should be kept minimum.

9. For all the users/staff, IR sensing of body temperature and sanitization of bags is mandate at the entry gate of the institute by the Security Guard/ House keeping staff.

10. Users noticing any ill/unwell person(s) should immediately bring it to the notice of the on duty.

11. All the guidelines as issued from time to time by the institute/GO will b
with/without further notice.

12. In case of any emergency, the Library Administration will take the final call on which will be binding to all relevant.
