Ban on Campus Front is Undemocratic and Anti-Constitutional; will be challenged in court. Stopped Activities in Accordance with Law

The central government ban on the Campus Front of India is undemocratic and against our Constitutional values. Campus Front of India has been working for over a decade among students across the country with a vision of building socially concerned and responsible youths with secular and democratic spirit. We have succeeded in achieving it to an extent. Many educated youths who were part of the organisation have now been active in the various spheres of social activities. CFI has maintained constitutional and democratic values and not promoted activities against our law. Hence, as an organisation that, in accordance with the law, concede the ban order by the MHA and will be stopping all activities of the organisation in India with immediate effect.

At the same time we reject all the allegations against the Campus Front in connection with PFI as baseless and fabricated. It will be challenged in court after discussion with legal experts by the concerned persons.

We request to all the students who had associated with the organisation previously, to not conduct any programme or activity in the name of the organisation. We are not responsible for using the name or banner of the organisation for any programme or activity or social media posts and comments.

Delaying Academic Year is an avoidable catastrophe of CUET; Complete 2022 admission based on 12th marks

The unscientific and unplanned implementation of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) destroyed students' current academic year after COVID-19 by delaying the conduct of exams and the announcement of results. UGC hastily combined admissions to all universities as a part of the BJP government's greedy centralisation ploy. But, the implementation was a complete failure due to administrative unpreparedness.

Last minute change of centres, rescheduling exams and misinformation given by the National Testing Agency has created chaos, and many students could not appear for the examination. The conduct of exams in July and results in mid-September severely delayed the academic year, which started in July-August earlier. The much time taking college-level admission procedure is pending, and possibly lead to the loss of this year. But neither UGC nor NTA take responsibility for this catastrophe.

Hence Campus Front of India demands to finish 2022 admission immediately based on 12th marks, so the missed out can be admitted to the colleges. UGC must repeal CUET from the admission procedure, which will proliferate coaching centres and exclude the marginalised from eminent institutions.

Sending Atikur Rahman back to jail is a depraved act of hate politics
Shift him to AIIMS immediately for advanced care

The authority had sent Atikur Rahman to jail even after his deteriorating health condition is a depraved act of hate politics towards an impaired prisoner. He was ferried to Lucknow hospital from prison after suffering from chest pain. His health worsened due to inadequate facilities in the hospital, and the left side of his body became partially paralysed as per the report. His family says that he can't recognise his children or relatives due to neurological issues that can't be appropriately identified and treated in the hospital where he had been. In such a condition, sending him back to jail endangers his life.
The government and jail authority are solely responsible for his present health crisis. Atikur did not receive post-surgery treatment and a nutritious diet inside the jail. The UP government and the authority have turned down medical advice given by the AIIMS doctors to visit the hospital after six months of the surgery and undergo check-ups. The state should not be hostile to the prisoners for providing treatment and bail.
Campus Front demands to shift Atikur to the AIIMS for advanced care, and he needs immediate bail to maintain a healthy life in this condition.
