At the United Nations, IOM and ILO — among friends from the private sector — history was being written yesterday. 🌍

I had the privilege of being part of the MOU signing ceremony between IOM (International Organization for Migration) and Quess Corp — one of the first-of-its-kind partnerships designed to build a safe, ethical, and structured pathway for skilled Indian workers seeking opportunities abroad.

I shared my perspective on what it truly takes to make ethical mobility work: crystal-clear messaging to candidates, transparent communication on timelines and language requirements, and sustained engagement with demand-country ecosystems like Germany and Japan to ensure the pipeline is credible, dignified, and built to last.

Grateful to my dear friend Lohit Bhatia, Group CEO, Quess Corp, and Mr. Sanjay Awasthi, Head of IOM India, for the invitation and for driving this important conversation forward. This is exactly the kind of ecosystem-building GSMAI stands for.

More such milestones ahead. 🤝
