IS IT FATE OR MURDER BY NEGLIGENCE?
A 5-year-old lost his life along with 6 others in a factory located at Moti Nagar, West Delhi, in an LPG cylinder explosion. The factory is a double storey building. The fire spread so rapidly that all workers got trapped inside the factory.
Quite shocking and extremely alarming fact is that most of the workplaces in India are not fire safe. The owners absolutely violate fire safety norms and there are no firefighting equipment, no emergency exits at maximum workplaces in India.
For the sake of human safety and to eradicate this major issue of Fire Accidents, ‘a Third Party Audit’ is absolutely necessary. For that reason, United Human Rights Federation initiated a movement in 2014 and since then UHRF has been advocating the concerns related to Fire Safety.
Come forward and join UHRF to make ‘Bharat Fire Safe’ for yourself and all others around you.

HOSPITALS ARE FIRE TRAP MORE THAN LIFE-SAVING CENTERS.
The fire accident occurred at ESIC hospital on 17th of December took 11 lives and caused grave injury to hundreds of people. Furthermore, there are more than 20000 lives have been lost and uncountable injuries have been reported in the year 2018 only due to Fire Accidents.
In view of above, ‘Third Party Audit’ is absolutely necessary for all the buildings. Fire Audit should be carried out while construction of any building is going on. Quite the opposite, audits are procrastinated till any fire accident leads to deaths.
So as in case of Fire Accident reported at ESIC hospital, fire officials were called upon to do an inspection and to list a series of violations. As per the report, fire safety norms were entirely neglected by the hospital and there are uncountable violations have been put on list.
More so stated by the list that there is just single gate for entry & exit, water sprinkler system, fire alarms are dysfunctional. In addition to it, hospitals doors are not fire resistant, no evacuation facilities and inadequate number of fire extinguishers. This is not enough, a doctor shared that she never came across any fire sensitization session in the past six months.
For last many years, United Human Rights Federation has been advocating the concerns related to Fire Safety.

A 6 months old baby lost life among 8 people- Fire Accident at Mumbai Hospital.
It is horrendous and extremely alarming that Hospitals are not fire safe. Almost 90% hospitals do not comply basic fire safety measures, too far to achieve the standards of fire safety.
The condition of the hospitals is pathetic to the extent that a spark of fire can take thousands of lives in a moment. To vanquish this trouble, all hospitals are compulsorily required to undergo Fire Audit.
Yesterday, a major fire broke out at government ESIC Kamgar Hospital located in Mumbai. The government authorities are themselves responsible to conduct fire audits. It is shameful that they pay no heed to overcome the danger.
For last many years, United Human Rights Federation has been advocating the concerns related to Fire Safety and initiated a movement in 2014 to ensure complete fire safety in India.
Come forward and join UHRF to make ‘Bharat Fire Safe’ for yourself and your children.

Let us create a ‘Fire Safe Bharat’ with United Human Rights Federation!

We are a great potential country and have the vision to become an economy of $ 5 Trillion. In order to achieve the target, we should contemplate the quality of public infrastructure in terms of fire safety.

Currently, we are undergoing a rapid process to make India more advanced and urban. As a result, construction of high-rise buildings is being carried out expeditiously and blindly to fulfil the requirements of the massive population. Thus, most of the builders in India ignore fire safety laws when the construction for the same is being carried out.

In a sense, our buildings are not fire safe and incapable to combat any fire tragedy. There is more than twenty other equipment like smoke detectors, heat detectors which should be installed along with fire extinguishers to beat any fire accident.

On the contrary, in India, you may not even find fire extinguishers working properly. More so, it is essential to construct a free space (refuge areas) in every building which is supposed to cater shelter to people in case of any fire accident and other misfortunes.

But, the depressing fact is builders have become used to misusing that part where refuse areas shall be constructed. And, unaware of all this, human lives abiding in such buildings are on high risk. 20000 deaths and uncountable injuries due to fire accidents had been reported in the year 2018.

For last many years, United Human Rights Federation has been advocating the concerns related to Fire Safety and is sensitizing authorities and public to install fire safety measures at commercial and residential areas.

UHRF has aimed to save the innocent citizens of India. Therefore, it has built up an expert team of professionals who are capable to do a comprehensive Fire Safety Audit. This audit practice can significantly reduce the potential fire hazards on your building.

Come forward, let us together make India, a fire-free country for our children.

November, 2018 Fire Accident took place at YMCA building, Central Delhi.
Major fire broke out on fourth and fifth floors of YMCA building and seven fire tenders were deputed to extinguish the fire. Luckily no causalities were announced and even after being a youth centric building, Fire Safety laws have been flouted.
It is outrageous that the builders have become used to violating the fire safety norms while constructing the buildings. And, this is the story behind every fire accident that occurred at any place in India whether it is metropolitan or any other.
To deal with this crucial problem, UNITED HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERATION (UHRF) initiated a movement in 2014 to ensure complete fire safety in India. As per UHRF, ‘Third party Audit’ should be compulsorily carried out at all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.
Come forward and join UHRF to support it in its cause.

Fire Accident at Bhajanpura main market.
Last Saturday, a major fire broke out in a shop located in Delhi’s Bhajanpura main market area. The fire spread so rapidly and charred nearby other shops. Around 20 fire engines were deputed to control the fire.
Most of the markets in Delhi are congested, jam packed and the owners have been flouting fire safety norms. This reckless attitude has led to potential threat and damage to numerous lives and properties over the years.
To deal with this crucial problem, UNITED HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERATION (UHRF) initiated a movement in 2014 to make ‘Bharat Safe’ from fire. As per UHRF, ‘Third party Audit’ should be compulsorily carried out by all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.

March 2018, Blaze erupted in a 16-storey Building located in Suburban Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Almost seven people succumbed to grave injuries and suffered from suffocation in the Fire Accident.
The residents were trapped in the building as there were no emergency exits and the building was not equipped to combat any fire tragedy.
Almost every other day, we notice news headlines reporting casualties by fire accident still buildings are being constructed unauthorizedly across all major cities without complying to fire safety laws and regulations.
To defeat the aftermaths of fire accidents, UHRF took an initiative in 2014. Since then it has been making effort that ‘Third Party Audit should be made mandatory for all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.

August 2018, 16 injured including 4 died in a major fire broke out.
The fire spread rapidly via staircase and many residents got trapped on the top floor of 17-storey building located in Central Mumbai.
Two died as they got stuck in the lift. The building was marked unsafe and more so it was announced that most of safety parameters were disregarded which would have prevented fire tragedy.
Most of the Builders in the country flout the fire safety laws, carry out unauthorized constructions and misuse the refuge areas which cater shelter to people in case of fire.
With the goal of making buildings fire safe, UHRF began a movement in 2014. It’s one of the motives is ‘Third Party audit’ should be mandatory for all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.

5 days before a Fire Accident at an under-construction building in Kolkata.
A major fire accident took place in a 60-storey high rise building located at Chowringhee Road.
Though the building was under construction therefore there were no as such casualties. The fire was noticed at two different floors of the Building and it took three fire engines to control the blaze. More so, it was reported that fire spread through nylon nets while doing welding.
The ghastliest fact is that Builders does not take up enough precautionary measures to avoid the fire accident. They put labours life at risk to save a few pennies.
To ensure the safety for all citizen of India, United Human Rights Federation (UHRF) started a movement in the year 2014 and it had made an appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India that ‘Third Party Audit’ should be mandatory for all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.
Come forward to support UHRF.

April, this year property worth crores of rupees was burnt down.
A Massive Fire Accident took place at Bhiwandi, Punjab in which almost 12 godowns were set on blaze. Though, no casualties were announced but huge amount of assets got destroyed.
Maximum occupants and owners store highly inflammable things like tyres and oil on their properties located in the same area without complying any provisions of fire laws.
Workplaces in India can assure day night bread to its workforce but cannot eliminate the life risk by fire accidents.
To overcome the major problem of fire safety in the country, United Human Rights Federation (UHRF) initiated a movement in 2014.
As per UHRF, ‘third party audit’ should be made mandatory for all School, Hotel, Government, Commercial or other sensitive buildings.

A massive fire Accident in New Delhi’s Bawana Industrial Area
On Nov, 15 a massive rampant of fire was reported at the factory located in outer Delhi’s Bawana locality. The fire spread so intensely that 18 fire tenders were sent into service to drench the blaze.
