The International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC) is pleased to highlight a memorable moment shared by Mr. Luis Suarez, IFBC Ambassador, National Director & Board Director of the IFBC–American Blue Cross Society.

According to Mr. Suarez, in 2016, he had the honour of formally raising the National Flag of India 🇮🇳 at Medley / Miami City Hall, marking what he describes as the first such occasion in its history.
